The restaurant was completely empty inside and out when we came in and placed our order for dine in, 10 minutes went by, no food. But what did come in was 8 orders of mac and cheese from mr. Mac's next door. Everyone came up (still not making our food) they were working on a big order from them, free tacobell for free mr. Macs? Not too sure how the franchise owner would feel about that one. Anyways, 20 minutes goes by, still no food. I go up and ask about my order and the cashier tells me i need to speak to a manager instead of just checking on it for me. 5 more minutes go by, they finally start making my order. 27 minutes for 3 tacos. I was really excited to try this out because on google they had "4 stars" i realize now that was only out of 3 other reviews. Not a good look and super unprofessional. My standards for tacobell are not high to be satisfied and this brought it to another level. On top of taking 27 minutes to make as i am writing this review, my wife's order was wrong. They couldn't even follow her order after having nearly a half an hour to put cheese, meat, and tomatoes in between a taco shell. Update: my order was also wrong, the employees started giving us kind of an attitude when we came up with our wrong orders we waited 27 minutes for, we asked to speak to a manager and she was super dismissive and honestly seemed like she didn't care. Glad her and her staff were able to get some mac an cheese after our now 45 minute hell of a tacobell experience.
