The restaurant was completely empty inside and out when we came in and placed our order for dine in, 10 minutes went by, no food. But what did come in was 8 orders of mac and cheese from mr. Mac's next door. Everyone came up (still not making our food) they were working on a big order from them, free tacobell for free mr. Macs? Not too sure how the franchise owner would feel about that one. Anyways, 20 minutes goes by, still no food. I go up and ask about my order and the cashier tells me i need to speak to a manager instead of just checking on it for me. 5 more minutes go by, they finally start making my order. 27 minutes for 3 tacos. I was really excited to try this out because on google they had "4 stars" i realize now that was only out of 3 other reviews. Not a good look and super unprofessional. My standards for tacobell are not high to be satisfied and this brought it to another level. On top of taking 27 minutes to make as i am writing this review, my wife's order was wrong. They couldn't even follow her order after having nearly a half an hour to put cheese, meat, and tomatoes in between a taco shell. Update: my order was also wrong, the employees started giving us kind of an attitude when we came up with our wrong orders we waited 27 minutes for, we asked to speak to a manager and she was super dismissive and honestly seemed like she didn't care. Glad her and her staff were able to get some mac an cheese after our now 45 minute hell of a...
Read moreOwner has a huge problem on there hand that needs to be addressed. This place employees mostly children which IMO is fantastic but comes at a dire cost.
I have eaten here twice, both times the kids working seemed like they couldn’t care less about being at work. Absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever and everyone was on there phones. This reminded me more of an unattended middle/high-school class than a place of work. The kid working the window was literally texting for probably 5 minutes while my food just sat in front of of him and then he FINALLY took payment and after waiting AGAIN he FINALLY saw the food in front of him. Literal comedy right before my eyes.
There needs to be a caring manager that barks at these kids and keeps the business moving. It is way too relaxed in there.
The only saving grace was my food was pretty good both times I went however the second time they forgot my straw and gave me the wrong drink.
I would say go here but just be prepared for the sloths working...
Read moreMy fiance accidentally left ground beef in the freezer so we decided to try the newest Taco Bell in our area! We were treated to very mediocre performance. Together we got a Chalupa, a Double Beef Burrito, a 5 layer Burrito, a Double Stack Taco, Cinnamon twists and the new Cheesy Chicken Flatbread Melt. We also got 2 drinks, we ordered on the self order kiosk so I had to ask for the cups myself I guess. Then they were out of chalupa Shells so they couldn't properly make the Chalupa or the Flatbread melt so they made then with regular Taco Shells instead. The result was instead of a chalupa a Taco Supreme and instead of the brand new, limited time, Cheesy Chicken Flatbread melt, I got a plain a** Chicken Taco with Lettuce and cheese?? You've been open for business for 2 weeks and already you're running out of stuff? Way to go Taco Bell! The best thing I can say is the food we got tasted ok, you know standard Taco Bell food. The staff was friendly also so whatever. Overall like I said a mediocre...
