Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Manchester

We came in this evening and ordered dine in. Kaylee S. Was working the counter. I placed our order and asked to change our regular fry to a large fry. She canceled the original and did the change. We sat down and I noticed that when she did the change she put the wrong sandwich in. I took the receipt back up and asked her to make sure we received the correct meal. She let them know that it was her error and I said no problem. She bagged the order even though we were dining in. I just told her no it’s ok. She then gave me a small fry. I said no we needed the large fry. We paid for that. Then when she turned around and asked for the large another girl turned around and said what’s wrong with the order. Kaylee said I need the large fry. I got the order went over and sat down. Then I heard her and the other girl talk about me rather loudly. Kaylee walked over to the register and saw me then. I have eaten at Zaxby's in several cities in several states, but this experience was not what I was used to. We stopped at this restaurant on our way back home from Chattanooga. We used the drive through and were told to pull up to wait for our order. There was only one other car before us. Our order was not anything out of the ordinary, but the wait was excessive. While we waited I noticed that the two cars that came after us received their orders and left, we were still waiting. After waiting a few more minutes I decided to go inside to check on my order and was met at the door by a young man with my food. I ordered the Club sandwich basket. The sandwich is normally cut in half on the diagonal because it is made with bulky chicken fingers. Mine was not! This made the sandwich difficult to handle. The service was suspect at best! I will not be stopping at this Zaxby's ever again, and will probably consider not frequenting Zaxby's at all in the future. Complete disarray. Trash cans overflowing with garbage. Dirty tables. Spilled drinks on the floor. Drink and napkin looked like preschool arts and crafts station. Cooks were in the back running around punching each other and goofing off like idiots in front of customers and nobody seemed to care. Clerk running the cash register was diligent and working hard but nobody else seemed to care if they helped anybody. One girl brought a bag of food to the counter and asked me if it was mine. Forgot all of our utensils and had to stand and wait for a good two minutes to until somebody asked to help me. Shame to see a nice establishment so...
