We’ve only ever had wonderful experiences at Bearscat. From the decor to the donuts, everything is superb and well thought out. Our kids love getting birthday donuts from Bearscat because they’re the best joints in BisMan. 🙌🏻 The one minor complaint I have is about the car freshener. It had a strong chemically smell to it which gave me and my family headaches. We threw it out just after a week. I don’t know if others have had this experience, but I feel like it’s worth looking into. With all this being said, we will continue to enjoy Bearscat donuts! No need to remove stars. 🍩 **The Apple fritter is AMAZING. I’d say it’s like an apple pie and a funnel cake had a delicious baby! 🍏🥧

She seemed very annoyed of me being there as the customer. She was very pushy in rushing me to decide which flavors to choose. (I was the only customer in the store the whole time I was there.) I came in very happy and energetic & her energy really rubbed me the wrong way and i recommend it to be addressed by her manager(s)

Had to stand there for a while The screaming continued. Finally made myself known as a customer, and a girl came out crying hard. The man who been yelling was yelling some thing about time off. If this is how the staff are treated I’m not sure I’ll be back soon.
