Sales clerk did not add our new line on the month by month plan, but on a two year contract. We paid the $20 activation fee for a flip-non-smart phone that they told us it would be and then we were STILL charged a $40 activation fee on our bill. We brought our receipt back, they admitted to the mistake but cannot help us. Only the District manager can do credits they tell us. And they don't know where he is and don't know when he will get back to them and us. What a crock. I do not recommend doing business with this...
