Verizon — Local services in Mandan

Sales clerk did not add our new line on the month by month plan, but on a two year contract. We paid the $20 activation fee for a flip-non-smart phone that they told us it would be and then we were STILL charged a $40 activation fee on our bill. We brought our receipt back, they admitted to the mistake but cannot help us. Only the District manager can do credits they tell us. And they don't know where he is and don't know when he will get back to them and us. What a crock. I do not recommend doing business with this...

Tony was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond compared to some of the other local Verizon locations I have stopped into. I also loved that he acknowledged other costumers as they came, asked me if he could just quick check what their needs where so he could touch base with them and give them a timeframe as to when he could help them. Tyler at Verizon in Mandan was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ve been so stressed and frustrated trying to switch and transfer phones with straight talk . He was so helpful contacting straight talk with me and canceling my account with them. He got all my stuff transferred over into a beautiful new pink iPhone 16.
