Probably one of the worst McDonald's locations when it comes to their employee attitudes. I I have been inside at times when three or more employees have gone on and one about how bad their job is and how they can't stand working with so and so. All this was going on while I was standing like an idiot at the front counter waiting for one of these disgruntled employees to take my order. If you ever ask for sauces when getting your order, they always act like it's a giant pain in the butt to reach below the counter to get you ketchup or BBQ sauce. I couldn't begin to count the number of times that I have received the wrong order through the drive-thru. I only go here because it's convenient to my work. I have no idea what their hours are because they will be closed at random times. I have stopped on the way into work between 6 and 6:30 am and the doors have been locked. Look inside and I see this guy sitting there enjoying his coffee. I've seen this customer here before and he has some kind of control over the employees. I say this because I have pulled up before to see them unlock the door to let him inside and then lock it behind him. I have walked up after him and they wouldn't let me in. What's up with that? Another time I walked in right at 6 am only to have some female employee basically yell at me that the dining room was not open. What do you mean not open? The doors were unlocked. She refused to take my order and insisted that I go through the drive-thru. Well, I went through the drive-thru. It was just down the street at Sonic. This was the last time I have visited this McDonald's.
If you're travelling the nearby interstate, this location is easy to get into, use the restroom, and get back on the interstate. That's about the only positive thing I can say about...
Read moreThe 2 pictures are one of the first mess and second or the wet sloppy mess. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder. It was put together so badly the cheese was half on the carton and patty hanging off the other side with a stack of pickles and a stack of tomatoes and large chunks of the side slices of the onion and some regular onion and no lettuce. While I was trying to even out the sandwich in my car because no dine in. It fell onto the floor of the car getting dirt and even fall leaves. I called the 1800# and they said to just go back and they will fix it and make it right. I returned and they asked if I had the sandwich. I showed her the bag and was going to take it out and she said oh no we can't take it back. She left the window and returned and asked for the sandwich that the manager wanted it to write it off of throw into the waste something along that lines. I gave it to her not thinking. She said she can take it because it was in a bag. In a bag that had been in my car and my hands. Did someone forget about COVID? I had to wait a few more minutes then she was handed to bag that Miss Sunshine earlier gave me a straight face silent look as she handed the bag. I went and parked to finally eat. The top right side corner was all wet. I thought that was unusual. Then when I opened the box you could see the patty looked wet. The burger was so sloppy you would need a spoon to eat it. I feel the washed the patty and put it on another bun with lettus on it this time. When the wet on the box dried you can see it was water because only a small spot was grease. I would not trust them. Read moreJune 2023. Went to the drive-thru the other day and the clerk was getting beside ice cream and melted fudge scooping out the machine with a cup and pouring it in the Sunday cup like slop and actually serving it to a customer. The ice cream machines are always non-functional. Avoid!
January 19th, 2021. I stopped by this McDonald's only for a sweet tea in an ice cream which they never have but miss Julie at the window was so sweet. She said she didn't understand why people eat so much ice cream in the winter time either but it was like something your grandmother would say. She laughed and chuckled with me at the window and it was like talking to an old friend. I complimented her on her excellent customer service skills and she was very humbled. I want to let her manager know that she has a perfect demeanor and voice for the job. Her customer service skills are excellent and she knows how to diffuse the situation when a customer may have had a bad day. I was tired and ready to have a little tantrum because I couldn't get my ice cream but she quickly had me smiling. Thanks Julie. You made my day. Please give Julie some recognition and a promotion or bonus. They don't have many people like her working and fast food. Five stars Julie⭐⭐⭐⭐
