Little French Bakery LLC — Restaurant in Manhattan Beach

I had heard marvelous things about this place from the locals. After my experiemce here, I have concluded that either they have questionable taste in food, or I have questionable taste in friends. I tried their goat cheese puff pastry which looked delicious but was not. After the staff kindly warmed it up and brought it to me, as I was waiting outside with a double stroller, I noticed a strange yellow sauce puddle in the middle of the pastry that I had not noticed before. When I ate my way to the center, I realized it was still cold and had a very mysterious unpleasant, unwanted, unlisted flavor: horseraddish. Goat cheese is already tangy why cover those delicious flavors up? Yuck. If I wasn't starving and already several blocks away from the ship, I would have asked to exchange it. Overall: disappointing. Petit bakery at the heart of Redondo Beach, just sitting perfectly next to other cute cafes and restaurants. The attendants were all super nice and welcoming, like your perfect representative of neighborhood bakery as they treated me like I've been a regular.

They got sold out of many stuffs pretty quickly, but fortunately I called earlier to save me 1 Almond Croissant, and they graciously were happy to do so.

Their French pastries are authentic and made from French flour!! We’re gluten-sensitive but can eat everything they make without issue.
