I took my friend who was visiting from out of town here for the first time and as a former employee of this location, was completely shocked at the quality of the beverages and the negative energy we experienced within the shop. My friend walked into the shop and took a look around, she was met with employees who seemed displeased of her presence because it appeared that they were in the middle of gossiping. They stayed awkwardly silent and watched as she was deciding her order. She was not met with any greetings from any of the three employees. They took her order and during the transaction, my friend’s card wasn’t working. She attempted to pay with cash instead but was immediately told very sternly and rudely by all three employees that they do not accept cash. (I will acknowledge that I forgot to tell my friend before she walked in that this establishment was card only.) I then paid with my card and we waited outside. I told my friend that our drinks would be given out the window, however one of the employees was kind enough to step outside and hand us our drinks. Yet even with this kind gesture, the employee seemed to be annoyed in doing so. She seemed extremely bothered, and didn’t seem to care about the quality of service she was giving. When setting our tray down, she rolled her eyes and told us to just leave they tray by the window because she didn’t care, and waved her hand gesturing so. I was taken aback at the type of service we were receiving, especially with knowing how Two Guns values customer experiences and connecting with the community. I am unsure if these ladies had a rough shift, or what exactly they were going through at that moment but it was made very clearly that we were unwanted in the store. What made this experience even more disappointing, was the quality of one of the beverages. I ordered a hot vanilla oat milk latte, and the milk was burnt. It was evident that the milk was not steamed correctly and for a longer time given the taste and appearance of the foam. I am very aware that Two Guns trains their employees well at HQ and educates them in coffee. I also know that the managers train their employees well but the fact the location was not busy, and there were two other people working, I am surprised that they let this drink be served given how burnt the milk was. We were so uncomfortable with our experience there that we decided to not go back to have them fix the drink. Overall this was an extremely disappointing experience and shocking to see how much has changed with the type of people they hire and quality of drinks being made. I genuinely hope that Stan becomes aware of this behavior at the...
Read moreWent to this location was met by a rude girl by the name of Kristen, I placed my order and then repeated my order to her and then paid. She had ZERO customer service and no common sense. I then waited outside. Only to have my order messed up. Rather than make it right, they wanted me to wait in line again and deal with there mistake. I said I was very clear on my order. She gave me attitude, and when I expressed my frustration, she immediately kicked me out and tried to tell me to leave without my coffees that I paid for. I said no you have to give me my drinks. She partially refunded my order. Didn't give me my money back for everything and flipped out when over my frustration. This place is a joke. It's ran by a bunch of half minded, no common sense hippie triggered minded girls that don't know how to handle a simple situation and would rather cause problems and make things worse than fixing a...
Read moreTwo guns is one of our two go-to coffee shops when my husband and I visit our daughter in Manhattan Beach. It's a stone's throw from the strand, which is awesome. Even more awesome is their espresso. I love their hemp and oat milk lattes, but I usually opt for the hemp since it's harder to find places that serve it. I've been there many times and never once have I had a bad latte. I typically order through their app, which is great, but when I go in the store, the baristas are always kind and welcoming. Please open a Two Guns in Santa Clarita! We really need great coffee options there and Two Guns...
