Creamery — Restaurant in Manhattan

If I could give this god awful place 0 stars, I would. I went for my first time to the Manhattan location. When we walked in, it was 90+ degrees inside because the AC was not working. The floor was absolutely soaked from the condensation of the toilets, leaking into the hallway. When one of the employees opened the freezer that is right in front of the registers, water poured out all over the floor. The ice cream was melted. I emailed their customer service on their website and Tori called me the next day. Tori did not care what I have to say. She stated that the employees were all well aware of the situation and were not forced to be there. I stated that it is unsafe working conditions and she said, “I am going to say this and then I’m going to hang up because we are not going to get anywhere. We work with freezers, there is always going to be condensation. And none of the workers were forced to be there. I’m hanging up now.” And hangs up. The values and standards of the owners is just pathetic. I called on behalf of those young kids that this company is clearly taking advantage of when all of them are working at minimum wage or less. Working their poor hearts out as the drive they had 20+ cars, over 15 customers outside waiting for their ice cream, and all of them are working in these conditions?! Absolutely disrespectful. Needless to say, Creamery will never have my money ever again because clearly their bottom dollar is more important than safe and sanitary...

I used to buy their beef sandwich 3 times a week. They never dipped it nor gave me extra juice on the side when I asked. One day I very politely asked them if they could do that for me, and said that they had forgotten many times. I made sure that I was not rude in any way. There was a smiling over kind person at the drive thru window. They made my sandwich and I drove home to eat it. When I opened it it had an inch of hot chopped jalapenos all over it and it was dipped in jalapeno juice. It was unetible. I just wrapped it back up and returned it the next day for a full refund. I was very angry with them. When I would bring my son there for ice cream, the portions were to small and too expensive. I wish I could have gave zero stars. Go to McDonald's never go...

Unfortunately this creamery is filthy and being run by 2 teen boys tonight that don’t follow health code standards. As we walked through the door, I noticed the dirty tables, front counter and floor. We decided to wash our hands after a long bike ride and they were disgusting. My husband refused to eat anything here. We purchased 3 cones since we promised our boys ice cream after our long ride. The 2 small cones were overly melted and the bottom of the barrel. The one “regular” sized rainbow cone was $6. 😳 It was overpriced and leaking chocolate out the hole in the bottom of the cone. I’m hoping management can address the cleanliness issue and train staff to discard melted ice cream. See photo below; how it was served-melted and falling...
