Find a better restaurant. This place is not staffed properly. How do you have one waitress working on a Sunday when the place is packed? We waited 15 min before we even saw the waitress to get drinks, then another 30 minutes to order food. When the drinks came, they weren’t even properly chilled. Blue moon always comes with an orange; not here until you tell them. The beer had also been moved a lot and spilled foam when adding the orange. They were so far behind, our appetizer (chips/salsa/guac) came out with the meal…35 minutes after ordering! Wife’s food was a chicken wrap (should have been 10 min to get this). I ordered a pizza; 38 minutes and half of it was still raw so it couldn’t be eaten. Thankfully the waitress understood and discounted. The pizza also had about 60% covered in cheese, mostly dough. And don’t get me started on $3 for 6 slices of pepperoni. The table next to us had to send back their order of wings because they were not cooked enough. Food safety (undercooked chicken) seems sketchy. There are no beers on draft and they ran out of French fries. I’ve been here a few times. Each time is a bigger disappointment than the last. This is the straw breaking the camels back; find a better place and save your time, money, and conversation.

The place is small, but cozy and the atmosphere is phenomenal. The bartenders and table service is awesome, you never have to go looking for anyone for service. The beer selection is very good, the cocktails are amazing. The place is clean and modern, with a few TV'S and slot machines so you can try your luck on a jackpot. They also have a small outdoor patio and live entertainment on certain days. The bathrooms were very clean and the patrons are very cordial with the new comers. They don't sell any food, but you can bring your own or order from any local restaurant. I was told that they are working on getting a kitchen and a food license together.

Was just ok. Maybe because of the event...they need more practice with events. They were selling 1st row seats, the event was selling 1st row seats when I bought my ticket...needless to say I didn't get the seat I paid for.

First and last time guest today. Where to start. Our server was just, bent from the get go. She seemed overwhelmed. Granted, there were 16 people seated, and she was the only server. I started off with a smoked manhattan. If it were smoked, we never got to see it, which is part of the point. The theatrics. But I digress. It was served on the same kinda ice you’d get in your pop. And it was was horribly diluted. I’m not one to send things back, but this was so bad, I had to.

I ordered cheese curds for my appetizer and a smash burger for my main. The burger came out, with no condiments, which I’d asked for. There were also no condiments in the table. I tried some fries, and they were cold, and amongst the worst I’d had. I had to wait some time before I could request the condiments, and it was longer still for them to come back. When she brought the condiments back, she asked if there was anything else I’d like. I said, “My cheese curds, if I may.” And she just walked away. I was about 3/4 of the way through my burger when the curds came out. When I ordered the curds, she asked what I wanted and I told her the ranch. The curds came out. No ranch. And… These were awful. These were more like mozzarella bites than curds. I eat curds anywhere that has them in the menu without exceptions. And these are like the ones you get at Culver’s in consistency. Beyond that, they were cold. And last but not least, they were loaded with salt on top. Overall, inedible. She never asked if they were good, not even when all of my fries and all but three curds were still there. They were nice enough to have not charged for the Manhattan I sent back. I didn’t want to dogpile on with the curds.

Atmosphere is nice overall. I’d LOVE it without the neons, TV’s and the casino. Still, it was cozy and had some charm.

TL;DR Likely...

I’m so bummed about this experience because I have loved going to Midtown up to this point. I went last weekend with some girlfriends and the bartender with the pink/purple hair had a horrible attitude. She was nice and friendly all night until after we paid and then she started closing a couple hours early and gave us attitude when we asked her about closing early. We chalked it up to her having a bad night and left it at that, no big deal. Yesterday, at the parade my mom went in for a drink and was standing next to another women who was waiting for a drink. The same bartender ignored both of the women to take the order of a regular that was behind them. When she was done she turned to my mom and the other women asked them what they wanted. After the women order my mom ordered a Bloody Mary and the bartender told her, “we’re done making those so what do you actually want” and had a bad attitude. Later, around closing, after not knowing what happened with my mom, I went to get one last drink of the night with a girlfriend of mine and again the same bartender was talking with regulars and completely ignored us so we just left. I get everyone has bad days but this was 3 different instances where she had a horrible attitude and seemed like she didn’t...
