Horrible experience every single time we place an order. There is always something missing or wrong with the orders. When we pay for marinara or garlic sauces during delivery they are always forgotten. We have gotten in the habit of placing our orders online and then calling the store to insist that the workers āplease donāt forget our sauces that we paid forā. This only works about 50% of the time. Even after our calls usually the sauces are forgotten. Most recently our cheesy breads were carried out and when we got to our destination we realized that they were uncut. We are in the process of moving and all of our knives are packed away. When we called to get the issue resolved the manager on duty was argumentative and insinuated that we were making up the error. His attitude was unprofessional and he did not take responsibility for the issue. It is a small but frustrating issue to have happen after a long day and his lack of concern or care was incredibly off putting. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't usually negatively review anything but This was a great dominos then their hours have been consistently listed wrong, because they became inconsistent at some point and for the third time now I've tried to order at a time that was listed as open for either pickup or delivery, the order website made it impossible to get the order in quickly, which was frustrating enough, but accepted and then they have cancelled my order and when I called they have done nothing to make it right. I learned that on one of the occasions they could have offered to deliver instead of have me pick it up because only their lobby was closed. SO please tell me: What is the point of a fast food restaurant if it is not consistent? there are so few options in this town, I wish this one was just consistently open and ready to take my money for their product. She responded that she couldnāt hear me so I spoke louder and asked, If she could hear me?ā She was not pleasant to speak with on the phone the entire time. I even mentioned that she did not have to be so rude. I requested to speak to someone else for my order. She told me they were swamped and there was no one else available. I hung up and called back hoping someone else would answer. Nope. Same voice. I, then, asked to speak to the manager. She said heās not available because they are swamped. I asked for his name (Todd) and said I would call back in about an hour.
