Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manhattan

Frequently went to this Dunkin’ over the past couple months and have run into several incidents where the service just get worse and worse. They are out of coffees types a couple times. I placed a walk in mobile order and was told my breakfast item wasn’t ready yet. Waited 10 minutes just for my avocado toast to my sitting on the shelf the whole time I was there, which when I went to eat it it was soggy since it was sitting there for more than 10 minutes. Today I went and their systems were down so I was not able to use the app to pay for my drink.... why have an app that you much buy giftcards to pay if that won’t accept them but offer to alternative way for me to purchase or apology for the inconvenience. I’ll skip my morning coffee versus going...

I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but the experience at this location was genuinely disappointing. Aubrey and Paige were incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I drove up. Paige was the young lady with blonde hair, she was the worst of the two.They spoke over me while I was trying to place my order, didn’t acknowledge my questions, and acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. It wasn’t just me either—other customers seemed to be getting the same cold, impatient treatment.

It’s one thing to be busy, but there’s no excuse for a complete lack of basic courtesy. A little professionalism and respect would go a long way. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location...

This next generation Dunkin’ just recently opened here in Manhattan and it’s a great place to be. The crew is so kind and welcoming. They have gone above and beyond to make sure the store is clean and safe, the food is hot and fresh, and most importantly, that you leave this place with a friendly smile. The order/pickup experience has gotten even faster and easier whether I order at the new touch screen kiosks, through their digital menu drive-thru, or with my smartphone on the Dunkin’ app. I just picked up their new avocado toast w/roasted tomatoes on sour dough bread and I paired it with a Nitro Cold Brew coffee w/Sweet Cold Foam… delicious!
