I'm a single mom and this Dec has not been easy on me financially. I decided to treat my kids and used the last of my money until payday to buy 2 pizzas and some cheesy bread. Not having a car, I used Uber eats. When the driver showed up, he only had the cheesy bread and when I asked where the rest was, he said "I don't know." Then took a picture of me holding the box without asking and left. I immediately called Little Ceasars to see if there was some miscommunication. I know Uber eats is a nightmare to contact. They answered and before I could even finish, the lady on the phone apologized, said they had my pizzas, explained that the delivery driver was supposed to pick up the rest of the order at a certain place in the store, and left without doing so. She then also explained to me that her boss was already on the phone trying to get through to Uber eats to resend someone. I received a call back asking to help assure that it was a problem on the driver's part to Uber eats so rhey could send another driver. I tried to express that to Uber eats and they just refunded me without even talking to me. That would've been OK, however that was the last of my money and the refund would not get into my account for a few days. They wouldn't even offer to send someone else out. When I expressed this to Little Ceasars, expecting them to be upset about the waste of food and just move on with their day.. I was stunned at what happened next! They tried 4 times on their end to get uber eats to redeliver my pizza and finally decided to remake my pizzas so they were fresh and drive them out to me personally! They wouldn't take no for an answer, as they were sincerely sorry for a mix up that wasn't even their fault! They could have easily just told me to count it as a loss and go to the next customer. I was shocked and felt SO appreciated and actually cared for! Needless to say, not even 20 minutes later and the woman I first spoke with was at my front door. (Mind you, my front door is in the back of the house on the second floor!) She was very sweet and apologetic. I can't believe they went out of their way to make sure I got my order! The managers and employees at this location go above and beyond to make sure customers are their first priority! I am very grateful for them and from now on will be ordering and picking up directly through them and at this location! Screw domino's and any other pizza place that has "accident insurance" .. Little Ceasars ACTUALLY cares and tries without the stupid "insurance prices" and no personality. I highly recommend Little Ceasars! Especially this location! Thank you all again for going out your way and having over the top customer service! You have gained a lifetime...
Read moreMy pizza was cold and had hardly any cheese and toppings. I complained to the store but was told that the pizza was made correctly and nothing could be done. The clerks were three young kids that didn't have any interest in listening or helping to resolve this. 😡
I was shocked but found out the reason why it took so long for the staff to come to the front and wait on customers coming into the store. These young kids were hiding in the back using their cell phones.
The wings are put into a bowl with the sauce (that they sell out front) and cold prefried wings. They pop them into a micro and push a button that is pre-programed for the wings. Pizza is made quickly without thought.
Everything is setup so they just mechanically follow a procedure, nothing is made by hand with skill! I would bet that they have a printed manual for every food procedure that is the same at every location and that their raw materials shipped in have multiple purposes. It seems it's all about the money rather than quality food. Why am I taking the time to write this? I don't want anyone else to have the same experience and a lousy dinner.
If you want a quality pizza, go to a place that offers real pizza made with love, not an assembly line outfit made by snotty nosed kids that are only waiting for...
Read moreWalked in with the expectation of receiving at minimum good service but arrived at my residence with very low exceptions for this location when I realized the franchise owner has horrible customer service, this location not worth my hard earned money. I approached the counter where I believe the “Franchise Owner” was at the register when I ordered “2 large pepperoni” and a 2 liter Pepsi where he then took upon himself to try and belittle me in saying “we only have one size” which I ignored and followed with “ may I have the pizzas made fresh” which he then denied me the fresh pizzas by trying to explain to me his definition of fresh which was “ all of our pizzas are fresh and ready to serve” I replied how long are they allowed to sit in the “ready-to-serve rack” behind the counter he stated “30 MINUTES” but he then lied to me and said “well our rack is empty and we should have some pizzas coming out the oven?” I replied “thats all I wanted” when I received my pizzas 15min later and got home (5 min away) I realized the pies where not even close to fresh but probably where sitting in the rack for 30min + the 15min I waited, so 45...
