It doesn’t look like the owners read / respond to reviews but if I may only add a suggestion…. The 1st time I ordered the Kung Pao chicken it was the best, most developed version of this I’ve ever had anywhere in the world, it’s always my go to dish, The Cauliflower and Brusselsprouts in the dish were absolutely Amazing, Brilliant, wonderful, a Delightful Surprise and made this the Best I’ve ever, ever Had!!!! I couldn’t wait, Two days later I ordered the same exact dish, it had not been anything at all like the dish I had only two days before, There were no Brisselsprouts, No cauliflower, It was full only of Green Beans, and Red and Green Peppers, It was Ok, But not enjoyable at all because it wasn’t at all what I was looking forward to, I don’t know if a lot of businesses realize how important consistency is, Customers Will Accept a dish changing once maybe, But won’t keep paying for it when it changes away from what they knew, and loved, I’ll give it one more try and then if it’s different again, I’ll be done also, like the other reviewer, And Our bill is always fifty or sixty dollars each time, so, a business can only afford to lose so many customers, I know ingredients can sometimes be difficult to get, I understand that, But Mojo’s was always the shining star on the hill so to speak, Around Here, every Chinese restaurant has suffered the same problem, The food changes too much, You get it one time, it’s great, the next two or three times, it’s awful, then, you wait awhile, order again, and get it, and it’s good long enough to make you think they’ve worked out whatever was difficult for them, or whatever changed, then it’s completely inconsistent all across the board, and not just on one menu item again, But many, This is why people in the area have all kind of had no place to go, Everyone who’s had a favorite place, favorite people, They Love em both, the food, you go, you care about the families deeply and their business but it makes no sense throwing good money after bad and Taking food home only to throw it away, Mojo’s Could’ve had an off night the other night, but when several customers are telling you your products change too much I agree you really do need to take a picture make a recipe and tell anyone coming in to cook that they need to make it a certain way, and have both the recipe and the photo to back it up, I’m crushed that the new favorite dish That was so unbelievable one night was so lackluster the next, I Hope this place finds its balance and rhythm again because it really is an amazing place with amazing people and Once...
Read moreI have been eating at Mojos since it first arrived in Lititz and have never had any problems until tonight. My friend and I ordered two rolls of sushi and made the mistake of not checking the order before we got home. Turns out, we got two rolls with only 5 slices each for $30. Usually, one of the rolls come with 8. I called to ask if they had recently changed the number of rolls per order and was told that no they had not changed and he had in fact given me 8.
I told him I can bring the order back and show him, but he said there was no need because he knew for a fact that he gave me 8. I calmly explained how I was willing to show him proof or even return the order, but he laughed at me and repeated his last statement over and over, talking over me every time I tried to explain.
He continued laughing at me and talking over me until finally I said I had had enough and will no longer be eating there if this is how they are going to treat customers. He laughed again and said "Sure, ma'am. Have a nice night in a mocking tone."
I've never had any trouble with the staff before but this was definitely the last time I'll be...
Read moreWe ate dinner here last night, the food was ok, nothing extra special, just ok. Service was a bit annoying though, I know chinese restaurants are fast in preparing their food but, I wish to sit and relax while eating my dinner. 5 minutes after we ordered our food it was at the table, which in of itself is not a bad thing, and I guess I should have known better but the first bite of food actually burnt my tongue and the roof of my mouth it was that hot. Then came the hovering waiter not to see if things were ok, it was the constant taking things off the table and the rush to give me the check and then back to get it, then back to reach across the table to pick it up. Needless to say it wasn't the most relaxing of dinners due to the feeling of having a waiter hovering the entire time. It was like he didn't have any tables left to seat people at and were trying to rush us out. All in all decent food marginally annoying service, I would go back but it's not tops on my list that's for sure. Only if I was in a real rush to...
