Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Manistee

When I googled what time they were open until it says 12 am. I tried to order online but I wasn’t able to place a timed order for the same day so I figured I would wait until later to place an order for right away. My boyfriend worked until 11 and seeing as they were supposed to be open until 12, at 10:25 I tried to order online but wasn’t able to. I assumed it was just a problem with the app so I drove across town and went to the store. All of the lights inside were on, people were walking around and the open sign was lit up. I approached the door and read the hours posted, again it said they were open until 12 am that day. As I pulled on the door it wouldn’t open- locked. As I was walking away the employees proceeded to turn off the lights and start mopping the front. I tried to call the building but received an automated message. I was very disappointed in my experience. I understand the store is new and I am aware that there may have been a problem or a reason they closed early but I would’ve at least appreciated a worker letting me know that instead of blatantly ignoring me. If I could give less than one star I would, this is strictly a complaint. Had a "shift manager' call my house at 3am Thanksgiving morning saying vulgar comments to my mother in law about how we 'touched the delivery kid' (they were more disgusting with their choice of words to us than they were with describing the false offence) they hung up after we mentioned calling the cops. Id love to say this is a joke, but it isn't. We called the day after Thanksgiving to complain about the employee who called us, but the opening manager said it was an employee who was fired a week ago for the same reason (this was our first time having a phone call order so how did a fired employee get our number?)... I'll never order from here again and it's not because of their food, it's because of their employees...

So I live in manistee Michigan and dominos recently opened here. The segregation is real. I find it real funny they will deliver to everyone here, even beyond the tribal housing, to the TRIBES casino....but will not deliver to tribal housing because its considered the "reservation." Let me tell you something...ITS ALL THE RESERVATION . The ground the business stands on....THE REZ.
