Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Mankato

usually love this location. my drink is always made correctly and the employees are nice, until today. i ordered an iced white mocha and a s’mores cold brew and the girl gives me a drink and says “here’s your iced white latte” and im like what “i ordered an iced white mocha” and she looks at her screen and says “yup. it says iced white mocha.” and i said “okay so is this a mocha or a latte?” and she said “its a latte.” and i replied. “i ordered an iced white mocha. im sorry im just a little confused why you are calling it a latte.” and she said “cuz its a latte” and im just like “okay. ya know what nevermind, its fine.” she rolls her eyes and what not, obviously annoyed as i am. there is a difference between a mocha and latte. please learn them. also sorry for trying to clarify that i was getting the correct drink. the attitude and eye rolls were not needed. i’m a paying customer, sorry that im just trying to make sure i got what i ordered and not get a random $7.00 coffee that i possibly wont like. this was my go to location, but not anymore. funny how that works out. not going to a place where employees don’t know the difference between a latte and mocha, which btw the difference...

So I have now been to scooters coffee a good 6,7 times and I love it! I’m usually a Starbucks kind of person because the texture of the blended drink and taste of coffee and never would I think I’d say this but scooters had topped them for me! I love the perfect blend and creamy goodness of there blended carmelicious drinks they have a very nice smooth coffee taste! It’s got a nice mellow sweetness and a great smooth texture! I always add an extra shot of espresso! So good! The price is more then fair! I like that they also have a rewards app! Two lanes in the drive through to keep the flow of traffic moving! I have never waited and waited for a drink there it’s a quick and easy process! Cake pops are a 5 star as well! One and only complaint is I’d love if they would have a larger size maybe a...

Honestly went to scooter at least once a week, love it personally more than any other coffee chain here in kato. Personally love the peanut butter crunch and my partner gets the green tea blended. We have stopped going because they added a new charge system where it kind of feels like in forced to tip and the lowest tip is 20% I’m sorry but if I’m paying 15$ for coffee I will not be tipping. Than when you don’t tip it’s just a very awkward and unpleasant interaction. Will be making my coffee at home...
