Subway — Restaurant in Mankato

This was definitely not the best service...trainee was left alone making subs and cashing out while 2 other workers chilled out in the back doing grad knows what!! 2 customers in front of me, my daughters and I waited 20 minutes to be waited on while he helped the customer(s) before us, 1 left due to the wait, when we were finally served, he was friendly and polite, when did they get ride of the yellow American cheese....we can no longer eat here without it...my youngest is meat and cheese only...well without the yellow American just meat...anyway, we finally got our food only for the bread to be stale and flaky on the outside but soft in the middle....my oldest could barely eat the bread due to her braces....we have no problem any other subway with this issue....needless to say will not be returning to...

The guy with the tattoo on his right arm. Maybe 5'6 or 5'7 with black hair was rude. I ordered two subs and I was helping my friend order her sub. The guy told me to get back in the line if I was going to order a another one. When there was nobody behind us.Then when my friend wanted a drink. The guy refuse to help her. I bought two tuna footlongs on 5/18/2021. Once I was out in my truck (truck driver), I put food away in my fridges including the subs. I had one of the halves of tuna on late Wednesday evening. I was traveling from Mankato on US 60 west towards Le Mar, Iowa, early Thursday morning, I couldn't even make it to St. James before I vomited. All day Thursday and most of Friday, it was horrible, with the vomit, couldn't eat anything else, and very weak. It was food poisoning.
