Picasso's Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Mantua Township

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad & mozzarella sticks. I picked up my order and when I got half way home I realized they didn’t put the bread that comes with the salad or the marinara sauce that comes with the mozzarella sticks. When I went back they made me wait and when I finally got what I ordered I left. Half way home AGAIN I realized they didn’t give me the caesar dressing for the salad that they specifically asked me what kind I wanted. When I went back they gave me that and once again I left. When I got all the way home I noticed they didn’t put any Parmesan cheese on the salad, just lettuce and chicken. When I called the only solution given to me was the next time I ordered he’ll put double the cheese on my salad. What a pathetic excuse for a restaurant and for satisfying...

Extremely disappointed with an order placed for pick up on 8/17/18. Ordered 2 dinners, baked ziti and ravioli, plus a mini pizza and fries. When I placed the order, I was told 20-30 minutes. I show up at the 30 minute mark, pay, and I'm told the food will be ready in "a little bit"... 30 minutes later, I'm still sitting there and I asked for refund but miraculously the food was ready. They offered to make a new pizza because it had been sitting there since I walked in to pay. After all that, I get home (I live 3 minutes from the store) and all the food is cold. Sorry guys, this is unacceptable. I'll never order...

Just sitting here in a state if shock. I just ordered 2 Casear Salads an appetizer and my total came to $45. They do charge a $3.50 delivery fee, plus they add an additional fee if you pay with a card. Factor that in with a tip for the driver and it's over $50. For a few more bucks you can have a sit down dinner at a restaurant. I asked 2x on the phone that they send French dressing with the salad. They sent me Caesar. I used to order from here weekly but tonight was my last order. Sals, Roccos and MI Famila are cheap, get the orders right and have much better tasting food. Picassos is not what...
