Wawa — Restaurant in Mantua Township

Its Wawa, and I expect the same level of attention from each one. I was surprised by this experience. I put money in their lottery machine ($30), only to find out the machine was broken. The pain point here is that once you put your money in, you can't get it out... nor could i get what i wanted. And the counter is far away enough that i couldn't leave to get help. I told the clerk that the lottery machine was broken, and she said "oh yeah".... not in a surprised tone, but in a acknowledged response. I said, you should put a sign on it then and let people know before they put their money in...... no additional response from her! She just stared at me... What is that about? I just lost $30 unnecessarily on a machine that they know is broken. Is this what...

You're better off skipping this one and going to either Sewell or Woodbury Heights. A friend and I ordered their little snack wraps from the deli. The buffalo chicken wrap completely fell apart inside of the bag and all over the other wrap, because for some unknown reason they were bagged together. I am allergic to buffalo sauce so I couldn't eat the other wrap, so one had to be thrown out and one of us had to go hungry. This is just one of many issues I've encountered here. Read the reviews. They absolutely cannot get an order right. I live around the corner and haven't been here to purchase a sandwich in well over a year. Why bother since it won't be right anyway. Today outnof nowhere, I was craving a chicken salad hoagie and since I really like theirs, I figured I'd give them another try. I ordered the Large with Salt, Pepper, Oregano and pickles. I got home, opened my sandwich and guess what...NOT A SPICE or PICKLE in sight!! Im livid. Seriously Wawa...teach your people...
