Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Mantua Township

I came here august 20th around 9pm and the girl with dark hair an glasses was sitting on her phone than finally proceeds to us, opens the window and doesn’t say anything or greet us at all, she just waited for us to talk. So we tell her what we wanted and she didn’t say anything again just made it. It’s very frustrating when your paying money for something & your cup is less than halfway filled with what I wanted… :/ afterwards she told us the amount and we payed and she didn’t say goodbye or anything. It’s 8:30 pm and me and my wife are sitting outside, workers already are cleaning up and it closes in a hour and a half, employees turned out all of the outside light due to laziness making passerby’s think it’s closed, when we arrived at the window we were greeted by a not so friends teenage girl who seemed less then excited to serve us making us feel like we were unwanted, ice cream was less then mediocre, gelato ratio was done awfully, Please hire people that will do there job instead of being lazy and trying to get...

The staff is always so sweet!!! They make great gelatis and cones. I've also seen some greedy customers asking for sample after sample and then asked for 3 mixed water ice quarts (example half cherry/half lemon) for all three quarts, a separate bag for each, tons of other stuff, etc etc and the girls there remained as sweet and cordial as ever. Honestly, I thought this one customer was going to ask the girls to carry their order to the car...
