Don't yell out my entire order when I get there to pick it up, that's MY business, No one elses! Verify it by looking yo see if it's all there. -If I didn't grab my food and leave the counter, Do not yell -Next! ,? Excuse me I'm not finished yet! -Thankd for coming, hope to see you again should also be said when I pick up before I leave but nothing at all is said instead, WOW!

Had the cheese steaks, cheese steak hogies, wings, chicken fingers, and all of it was Good even a bit above average I would definitely say. Here's the reason for 3☆》When calling to order, I said can I have 2 cheese steak hogies, and the reply was sure would you like onion on them?- I'm thinking right away When did a cheese steak hogie anywhere stop coming with onion on top unless the customer sais otherwise? When I went into pick up, no one was in line however the counter girl was so intent on getting paid for the order, my money could not have been taken faster, but what bothered me in connection with that is the bag was given to me sealed with a staple, and I asked the girl , Did you check that every thing was there yourself? after I asked ,and she said yes everything should be there. That for me is a huge problem because you are giving me a bag of products I paid for but you have no idea if it's all there, you just assumed. Went in to Steak Out looking for a change from the usual fast food garbage I grab out of convenience and am very glad I did. I bought a sweet sausage, peppers and onions sandwich and in half the time I expected, I was back in my truck and on my way. A sausage pepper and onion sandwich is one of my absolute favorites going all the way back to when I was a boy in the 70s when my family would go to down the shore and it was always the first thing we got to eat and still is to this day. Now most places make a mediocre to ok SP&O sandwich, their mistake usually having to do with how they prepare the onions and peppers. When I opened this sandwich and took my first bite I knew I had found my new regular spot. It was like that scene in Ratatouille when the food critic takes a bite and is suddenly overwhelmed with the memory of his childhood and his mother only for me it was childhood visits to the shore. It wasn't just delicious, it wasn't just memorable, it was a memory and I loved every bite. I did have to go lite on dinner that night though because the sandwich was bigger than I should have eaten in one sitting but I couldn't stop myself from finishing it because it was so good. Gave me severe food poisoning for two days!!! Lost 15 pounds in 8 hours from being sick. The food is extremely bad and ridiculously overpriced.

The wings were the worst wings I’ve ever had. They were extremely small and soggy, and they were super expensive. Definitely cheap, extremely low-quality, frozen wings, and I believe they are what gave me the food poisoning. The cheesesteak was not good either and was soggy and dry somehow at the same time, and there wasn’t enough cheese that they up-charged for.

The lady who answered the phone seemed annoyed I called and was rude. Their banana walnut cookie she suggested seemed like it was made from play-doh and was tasteless, and it was 3$ for a small cookie.

Absolutely not worth the price, not even for FREE!!! I will never come back to Steak Out and I suggest you do the same so you don’t suffer from food poisoning and lose 15 pounds in a day. Absolutely awful, do not...
