Probably the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. Perhaps they were unable to assist me because they were too busy blasting unfiltered music, chasing a wasp around the store with a wet mop & cleaning sprays, & crawling on the floor. Maybe if there attention was on me, THEIR CUSTOMER, I would not have used 7GB of my 8GB plan setting up my phone due to their lack of help even after me asking questions & asking for help to connect to one of their WiFi severs so that this problem wouldnât occur. I understand that Verizon stores are not responsible for setting up new phones however when I ask for help (which I did multiple times) they should assisted me. I am now stuck with low speed because I am over my data after 2 HOURS of having my new phone thanks to the geniuses over at this store. Perhaps their store manger should go back to October 22nd around 5:00pm-6:00pm to actually see how unprofessional his or her employees are. Think itâs time for new staff Verizon Mantua, I will never go back & am I very unsatified with my service.    Read moreI am so delighted with Joshua's fine service and attention to me when I spoke to him on my birthday. I was thinking of upgrading my phone but was skeptical about increased monthly payments. Josh researched my account and advised me of the great deals available to me. I was amazed as he kept coming up with ways I could save on a new phone. It was more than I could process at the time.
He was so courteous, kind, considerate and so very patient with me as I am not technology savvy, and I was experiencing a hearing issue that day. He listened attentively and responded well to my many questions and addressed all of my concerns. Josh was so comforting, assuring me that I need not worry for he would take of me. He left no stone unturned for my sake, explaining the new plans, benefits and costs. The options he presented helped me to decide a phone upgrade was right for me and which plan to choose.
My monthly bill including the phone cost, improved plan, increased protection, and other perks is only about $10 more than I was paying prior to purchasing my new Samsung Ultra 23; a wonderful birthday blessing!

I ordered two phones for my granddaughters on Friday 12-20-24 for Christmas,Josh said that they would be in either late Saturday or early Monday morning, no problem. I got a call from Josh Monday afternoon that the phones are in. I drove from work to the store to pick them up he had me waiting for a half hour then told me that the phones are not in, it was a mistake. Josh told me that they would be in Tuesday morning Christmas Eve definitely. Josh said he would call me by 10:00 am . Josh never called so I called and was told by kevin that Josh is off today and the phones are not in and he doesnât know what to tell me. This store is a bad representation for Verizon. Total incompetent staff.
Thank god I called Verizon Corporate they got me the phones at the Corporate Verizon in Turnersville, NJ . I just left the store in Turnersville after dealing with Mike and Vince, very professional.My granddaughters will have a great Christmas.
Lesson learned DO NOT DEAL WITH VERIZON authorized dealers either you go to the Corporate Stores or deal directly with Apple. Unless you want to deal with incompetent...
