I give only two stars and the reason they even got those is for the one employee at the second drive-through window who is so kind friendly and just out right pleasant as for the rest of the staff very unpleasant rude in fact and not to mention the food my fries were literally raw my burgers were so old dry and not very warm at all and the bun was stale it was literally crunchy on the one edge of both sandwiches I came back the very next day to give them another shot before I gave this two star review and I had the very same experience the lady taking my order not pleasant at all the second window very pleasant the food again was bad not as bad as the first time but still bad the burger was very old and the fries were a little more cooked but still not golden brown At least the bread was fresh...

Never going to this McDonald's again. I thought I would give it one more try but it was worse than my last visit. I used mobile app to place order. Big mistake. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes to get my order. There were at least 10 cars behind me and 5 in front of me. When I got to the window the lady asked me for my receipt, I looked at her like mam, you have no one at the first window besides I placed my order on the app. My order should have been done. When i got my order I didnt have my sauce i asked for and no ketsup so i had to go inside to get it and this is why i rated them a 10. This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the United States of America. They have traffic so blocked up at lunchtime for making everyone drive around to the front door to bring them out their food and traffic gets so horrible piled up around the McDonald’s that it’s awful. This is a horrible experience to have to have at lunchtime when you have just so much time for lunch I was 40 minutes today in line waiting on my food that I had ordered with the app I will not continue to use this McDonald’s I’ll go Elsewhere for lunch in my town, but McDonald’s is out of the question.
