4 star review, but 5 star service by the gentleman employee this evening. What a guy. He was nice to us despite all the stuff going on. He was the only employee there. The other employee had gone home, due to it not being busy. People were coming in wanting to know how long it was going to take for him to make their orders, most of them left. The online ordering machine was beeping like mad the entire time we were there! I wanted to take a hammer to it for hin, lol, but he was very patient & calm. He made good sandwiches and was attentive. The reason for 4 stars, is they should always be prepared for a rush of business, especially at lunch or dinner. Just some better planning needed. Their website says they close at 8PM, their sign in person also says 8PM. Yet when I try to open the door while there’s a worker at 7:30PM looking at me, it’s locked. Don’t waste your time stopping by for lunch, you’ll also be locked out as well, try a place that doesn’t make up their own hours.
