If I could give negative stars I gladly would. They don't deserve a dollar of your money. We only started ordering from there because they sell Tarantini Panzarotti, which my husband loves. The first time we ordered everything was okay. The second time we ordered the girl behind the counter had no clue what was going on. I placed my order she repeated it to me and that was that. Five minutes later she called me asking if I paid by credit card for an order that was not mine. When I told her that she said "oh what's your order again" I repeated our order. No more then 5 minutes later she called me with the same exact question. I had to explain a second time that was my order ... then it happened a third time! When the food finally got here over a hour later they didn't have half my order. I called back and the manager said oh well I'll just give you a credit for your whole bill. I explained I don't want my money I want the food I ordered for my family. The next time we ordered they forgot more food and I didn't even bother calling blaming the chaos of the pandemic. Tonight we ordered again and we ordered a side of ranch dressing because that's the only way my family will eat their cheese fries. The boy who answered repeated my order back to me which was correct. When the food arrived we were without the side of ranch which made that meal useless to us. When I called to complain and explain how often these things are happening and something should be done about it I was told "it's only a cup of ranch I can't refund you", I explained once again I don't want my money back I paid for a service and expect to get what I paid for. The manager or owner once again was rude arrogant and incompetent. I've maybe only written one other review in my life but this is just completely unacceptable and wouldn't want anyone else wasting their hard earned money on a business that can't even provide the service they advertise. Pathetic!! Shame on ownership...

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. every sunday we have family come over for sunday dinner, we decided to order & we had out of towners who never had Gaetano’s before so we were excited to introduce them to it. we ordered around 6pm last night. at about 7:45pm i called to see where our food was, i was told they already left with our order. at 8:30 i called again because they closed at 9 & not only was i told this time that they didnt have our order, they tried to make it clear that it wasnt their problem. we ordered $70 worth of food. that $70 was already out of my account so i felt as though it was their problem. by that time everything decent in the area was closed & we were stuck not eating anything. 10 people who were waiting for food now want nothing to do with this place & have made it clear to slander this business name if its ever brought up in front of them again. as for me, i will no longer be ordering from here, i will make sure my friends that are regulars as well never eat here again & that my office down the street from here never eats from here again. atleast show some type of empathy for your customers. i also see that im not the first person to complain about NO SHOWS which is insane to me. it only takes ONE person to have a bad opinion about a business to then turn it into a percentage that will never do business...

TERRIBLE!!!!! First time I ordered delivery from here I was told it would be 25-30mins, however, my pizza arrived an hour later cold and gross! I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza (which I generally LOVE) and DID NOT expect it to look like how it did.. like soup on dough. First, it was not sliced. Like at all.. I ordered one small pizza, but I expected a couple slices.. not a circle of dough. Secondly, it was it was as if they just poured a massive amount of hot sauce over dough added some blue cheese and then baked it. I guess they add extra shredded cheese on top, but it would of been nice if it was actually melted. The shredded mozzarella cheese tasted like they just took it out of the refrigerator and added it on top of the "hot" pizza with hopes it would melt before making it to my door. Even AFTER the unsightly appearance of my pizza, I STILL attempted to eat it. I could not even finish a full slice before the unmelted, globs of cold shredded cheese completely turned my appetite. But I think the fact that when I called and complained they could not even exchange my pizza, but instead offer me a 20% discount towards my next order. Yeah right... like it will be a next order.
