Sub Shoppe — Restaurant in Maple Shade Township

Our company buys us lunch from here every Saturday since it is right down the street, I have tried different things every Saturday and usually whatever it is it's not good. It's obvious they know our company buys us lunch every Saturday so they give us leftovers or stuff that's about to expire or something. I'll give an example, one Saturday I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, is was ok not to bad so I ordered it again the following Saturday and it was night and day different from the previous.. This one must have been ordered days prior and never picked up so they saved it incase someone from our work ordered a burger and of course that was me.. It was microwaved rubber dog meat on a roll that was probably found fermenting between someone's buttcheeks. And that's not the first time, usually 1 out of every 10 times there will be somethin made good but those other 9 times it is just okay or bad. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because there has been times I have had no time to go out for lunch and order something I can pick up real quick during the week and everytime I have ordered by myself the food was good but when it comes to our Saturday company lunch order a lot of it is left over stuff that's thrown together. But there's been to many times that one week it will be good and the same item the following week is absolutely terrible. They need to not take for granted the fact that our company is buying lunch every Saturday so they just throw together some of the food, they need to step it up and treat our company order like a normal...

I tried a few different times to make sure I explore the menu, and nothing was good really. I’m glad the prices are reasonable because I’d be mad if I paid any more. It really should be cheaper to match quality but I guess everybody overcharging these days

Food just literally has no flavor. Only thing I tasted on the cheesesteak was the mayo. Meat wasn’t seasoned, bread is decent, but everything else was completely flavorless.

Boneless wings were flavorless as well as the blue cheese.

I ordered plain tater tots, they doused it with flavorless cheese and it’s not even edible. It’s like tot and cheese soup. I’m so confused how they think it’s normal to not season anything. They didn’t even sprinkle a lil salt on anything. Like how is the cheese actually flavorless? How does that happen?

This restaurant is really putting out low effort. I’m actually shocked at The amount of stars it’s received. Maybe everyone lost their sense of smell and taste due to COVID? Idk it’s weird.

My wife and I love this place. We are usually never disappointed, HOWEVER, tonight we were. We order from here at least once a week if not more sometimes and the quality is impeccable, but tonight I had to remake my cheesesteak bowl when I got it. Normally it is gooey and yummy, but tonight the cheese was just thrown on top, it was super dry and just not what they would normally make. I also got the side sausage and forgot to have them take the sauce off (my fault not theirs) but I couldn't eat the sausages from the smell of the sauce. I don't know what it was, but wasn't good I hate to say. I will def give 5 stars because it's maybe the 2nd time we have ever been disappointed in ALL the times we've gotten delivery and will always come back, so yes 5 stars. Strangely enough, I even said to the girl that delivered that it was super quick and she just laughed and left. I should have known something was off then.
