I go to this McDonald’s because of conveniency. I have never had a bad experience but ever since it’s been under new management I have not yet had a successful encounter with them! I also do door dash in my space time and I found that there still if not even more disorganized. It’s started with lack of communication towards discontinued items, untimely prepared drinks and food, substitutions or even add ons. They will charge you for everything, proceed through first window, then tell you at second window your item is not available/can not be prepared. Then request substitutions that aren’t even related so they don’t have to fuss over a refund. Second encounter, concluded with a missed charge to my card because of lack of attention! I repeated my order to the speaker three time before being told to pull forward even confirmed at first window only to pull up to second window and noticed I was charged for the wrong meal. They barked that the food they were trying to hand me was the wrong meal even though my fiancé, and I were trying to tell them that well before food was being shoved out the window but was ignored until Second Lady came to inform other employee. then had to wait for them to get the money sorted and a “refund was issued” yet still 5 business day later my refund has not hit my card. Same with my other encounter over a transaction for two blue raspberry frozen drink because they didn’t have that flavor ready but was not communicated that until second window once again. Sadness part of it all is new employees with attitudes! Miss the old staff that cared and made an effort. Now all we get it messed up order, side eye, nasty tones, and stolen money. Not to mention, processing procedures are not being followed. I’ve witnessed employees parking in front spaces, handicap spaces, handling food with bare hands and smoking in front of building. Read moreI'm normally more of less indifferent to most fast food joints... they are cheap, and I don't expect a lot from them. However, I've found this McDonald's to be out of ice cream or milkshakes on numerous occasions, and due to the drive through, you are stuck sitting in the queue line even if you didn't order anything (no opportunities to abort the queue line after initial order). However, today they really messed up. They forgot my wife's entire part of the meal even though we were charged for it. She attempted to go in to inquire about it, but the doors were locked (probably COVID rules), so she called. We were told to sit through the drive-thru line again. At the order pickup window the person proceeded to give us someone else's order (OK, now they're really compounding junk service upon junk service). Even though the guy at the pay window seemed to know why we were in line, we had to explain to the pickup person who was not at all friendly. The least they could have done was come out to rectify the situation instead of making us sit through the drive through line again. The fries and some of the food was of course cold by the time we got back home. I think my wife is finally convinced to stop going to McDonalds even if they kids are pressuring her. We'll stay with Taco Time (great service - slightly fresher ingredients), or Dairy Queen (their ice cream machines almost always work, and I've had very little service...
Read moreOrdered from the app to pick up at curbside and when I got there and they brought out my food they didn't have the two McCafe drinks I ordered and I showed them it was on my order they said they didn't have any Caramel nor did they really have anything other than tea, orange juice and a couple other drinks. Now mind you the app did shoe they were out of all soda and pretty much everything besides the McCafe coffee drinks so I had assumed it was safe to order. Yes, I could have got the orange juice but I wasn't in the mood for it, but they had no other options for me and didn't even try to compensate me for the inconvenience.
