The Indian food here is amazing, really flavorful and the dishes are varied. The prices are really good compared to other Indian food in the region, too. It's a food truck with a 'permanent' location, and there is a little seating area to eat on-site. I'd recommend grabbing food here, and taking it down the block to Imbibe where they allow outside food and have tasty beverages. I feel lucky we have such great Indian food right here in our neighborhood!

Both times I've been it's been the same woman running the place, she was really kind and one time threw in a tamarind chutney for free -- yum! It really tasted of tamarind and wasn't too sweet. They are also very generous with the rice portions that go along with the 'saucy' dishes.

I really liked the dal maharani, the curry pakora, and the butter paneer. They recently added chicken dishes to their menu, so next time I'll have to...

My daughters and I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Indian Kitchen Food Truck in Maple Valley, and we were absolutely blown away! The food was amazing, just like a home-cooked meal. We ordered the saag paneer, paneer tikka, and a paneer paratha, and each dish was packed with flavor. The saag paneer had the perfect balance of spices, the paneer tikka was tender and flavorful, and the paneer paratha was so soft and delicious—it was hard to stop eating!

Not only was the food fantastic, but the customer service was top-notch as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.
