Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Marana

The Quality of this location has gotten much worse from what it was a couple of years ago. Yesterday, I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait for my wife and a large chocolate shake for myself through the Drive-through. The quickness of receiving my order was impressive, but I thought about it and wondered How they could have made the two items that quickly. It dawned on me that they were already made and sitting in a large freezer. Given the taste of the Chocolate milkshake and the Peanut Buster Parfait, I can't prove this, but it's highly likely.

Once I got home, I started to consume the milkshake, and from the taste of it, I could tell it was diluted and tasted like water. There is no natural chocolate flavor whatsoever. My wife ate her Peanut Buster Parfait, but her's was also diluted and tasted like it had dehydrated milk in it. Also, the lack of peanuts and a lid could have been better. Luckily, they didn't place the long plastic spoon in the cup—some suggestions for the owner: Please work on Quality instead of speed. I think most people would prefer Quality dairy products over speed. Next time I visit Dairy Queen at this location, I'll go inside to order my items—that way, I can make sure that the items are made right in...

Was trying to order a dip chocolate cone, calmly asked the cashier to please may I have a chocolate dipped cone three times and in the end I did not receive it.

Do you want to be treated badly by young managers, young cashiers or even people that like to speak over you this is where to go. I have never had a problem with dairy queen at this location, I’ve always had great service and yet today was not one of those days.

If the employees call my managers or anybody there are having a bad day, they really need to never take it out on customers who go there every other weekend or every day just to receive a treat for a family member or even a pet (pup cup)

Not sure if I’m going to be returning there, definitely not going to be recommending family members that come...

Always inconsistent, usually disappointing. Ordered a Med. Chocolate PB shake like I always do, and a med. sprite. They handed me a super thick blizzard like cup with a spoon. I said what is that? They said "that's your shake". I have ordered the same shake hundreds of times and it is normally drinkable with a straw. They didn't even give me a straw, this was obviously a blizzard. Also handed me a same size cup of warm sprite with no ice. I said there's no ice, they said "sorry" and shut the window. I won't be back, get it together. So sick of fast food places that can't even get a simple order correct anymore. Employees are too...
