Subway — Restaurant in Marana

I ordered two sandwiches on the subway app. Went in around 6:30 pm to pick up after the app said it would be ready around 6:20. Food wasn’t in the pick up spot. Mentioned to both guys working that it was either under my name or my boyfriends. They didn’t find anything. Instead of asking more information the taller guy who was wearing his hat backwards just said it was at the other location. Went to my vehicle and double checked that it was under that address and my boyfriends account was even charged for it. Went back inside the other guy, shorter with black hair. Tried to help finally said he would make the sandwiches and apologized. The other guy the whole time was sighing during the first interaction I had with them and the second. Very rude and short to people. I never leave these reviews but it seemed something simple could have been fixed easier and...

Maybe other peoples experiences differ from mine. I'm sure this place has people that care about what they do. They were off on the day I visited. I explained what I wanted and did not receive any eye contact. I get it it's probably not the best job or the one that you feel you deserve, I've been there. I don't remember telling you to work at subway either. I just wanted a wrap made semi-decently, my expectations are actually quite low. The guy making my wrap only put half the quantity of meat it calls for. Like a 2 foot tortilla with post-it note amount of meat in the middle. Pinch of lettuce, 2 tiny tomatoes, 3 pickles. Subway sandwiches are subway sandwiches everywhere you go so do you really need a review of the food?

The two young people working tonight were worth taking a minute to review. I didn’t get your names but you were there 7pm on Oct 4th. So pleasant! So helpful! Looked you in the eye and talked to you! Crazy how many times I’ve ordered a sandwich and have never been looked at… and that’s considered normal (at other locations). Can you two travel the country training others great customer service?
