Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Marana

I went into filibertos to go ahead and make a simple 2 cheese enchilada, order with beans and rice. I was only given one cheese enchilada. I had to come back to the store 4 different times I let the staff there know that I am a fully disabled honorably discharged veteran. I let them know that it's difficult for me to get In-N-Out of my vehicle to have to drive back-and-forth there. I have used the applications for delivery on a few different occasions. And every single occasion that I had the food delivered, something was wrong when I called to go ahead and let them know what happened to make it right. It was the rudest experience. It was honestly the worst dining experience I have ever had. The 12 years that I served in the military and the way they spoke to me as if they did not care that I lost both hips and had my spine fused in the service of our country. And then to end off everything at the end, unbeknownst to their staff in Spanish, they started cursing at me, and they made it to where it was. A. Hate crime type of statement I have never been so embarrassed and angry in my entire life. That human beings would say something like that. I won't even repeat it, as I don't believe you can. Even repeat what they've said on apps like these or they'll automatically get taken down. That's how bad the experience was, so then when I tried to call To find out from the g, m, what they were going to do to rectify the situation I was told there was no g. MI had to make other calls to other stores who told me that they were going to get in touch with the owners, the proprietors of that individual filibertos. This was not the case I've spoken with over a dozen individuals who all told me that somebody was going to get back with me, either a GM or the owners because of how bad my situation was, they did not do that? And the last time I called, which was today, I was hung up on, I was told that they are going to do nothing for me and that at that point. That I needed to stop calling.So please be very aware of this filibertos, as well as the one on cortaro farms and the I 10. Not only are they unprofessional, and not only do they never have your food ready on time. When either you're placing an order or getting it delivered, which last night it took 4 hours to get my delivery. Please save your money and again. This was so bad that at this point I will be getting ahold of the Attorney General. For the state of Arizona, as well as the labor board of the state Arizona, as well as my veteran out. Let's that I have in regards to how they treated me and I believe dad, there is an issue with them in regards to what they said to me, was a hate crime. So if you don't feel like getting your time wasted being spoken to in a racist type of way, if you're a veteran yourself and you want to hear how they treat veterans and told me they didn't give a d* verbatim, that they could care less what happened and how my service. To my country had nothing to do with anything that Veterans, please beware, these people do not take care of their veterans. Whatsoever, and they will not call you back. This is very white washed and over priced for the white people. The food was horrible and they made our burritos with just egg. We have gotten a chorizo burrito with potatoes and beans and they up charged us for nothing bc they didn’t put anything in my burrito only a teaspoon of beans they put on there. And I’m very furious about this bc I paid 32 dollars orginally before tax it was 29 with tax it was 31.78 it says for total but they are such liars and scammers they added a convenience fee, for who and what? Sorry you’re getting customers? What kind of place is this???? Ridiculously priced and the people that work back in the food there are horrible as well why are you even skimping out on beans for ?? 1.50 for beans but barely any. You think you’re so better and funny. The other burrito we have gotten was machaca but barely any. Literally just an egg burrito like a school burrito. Really nasty and wasn’t even worth the money we have paid for. Terrible food they should just close it down if they can’t work it right. They paid too much attention to what they wanna look like instead of making their food good and wanting their customers to be real customers and not over price them. Waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes and decided to back out and walked in....waited at the register to place my order, Upon completing my order, the cashier walked away with taking payment. I figured I would go get sauces and went back to the register to see if they wanted to get paid. After a few moments, they took my money(yeah) and then came the wait for food and wait and wait and wait all together it took over 30 minutes for a taco cheese enchilada rice and beans.
