If you’re looking for a master class in disappointment, this is the place. Ask for a McDouble with no pickles? They’ll bless you with extra pickles, like they’re running a secret pickle-promotion. Request fresh fries? You’ll get a soggy science experiment. Order hot nuggets? You’ll be served something that tastes like it’s been sitting in time-out since lunch rush.

And when they do promise “fresh,” brace yourself, because apparently “fresh” here means nuking your burger in the microwave until it’s hotter than the surface of the sun. Nothing says quality like burning your tongue on a sandwich that still tastes stale.

This wasn’t a one-off mistake. This was my fourth strike in three months. At this point, McDonald’s should stop calling this “fast food” and start advertising it as “wrong food, slow regret.”

Just got remodeled and seating is worse looks like a kindergartners craft class. Normally chairs are used for sitting, but not here, stools are what you get. Next is the sound l, everyone can hear everyone so it gets loud with only a few people. Most of the staff is nice except a lady named Helen, who is not nice or personable with a huge chip on her shoulder. If anything here in Marengo if we had another fast food restaurant I would be going there. Sad too i used to like going to McD's. Too bad noone who works for McD actually cares about the customers. If they did complaints would not fall...

I hadn't been to McDonald's in quite some time. I had no idea of the major changes. As a vegetarian they have nothing I can eat. They got rid of the garden salads. You can't get an egg muffin without the meat except within certain breakfast hours. So I ended up ordering a bun with ketchup and pickle. And even the bun tasted awful . And what on Earth happened to the Happy meals since my kids were little? I think they had eight french fries in it! And those french fries were like twigs. Lunch for four people (two adults and two kids)...
