Dunkin' — Restaurant in Marengo

I am not sure how they stay in business. Every other time I come here they are out of things or items are not available. I went to the drive thru an hour and 10 minutes to close and the person comes on the speaker and lists numerous items I can’t have because they are out of them. I said, I just want a cup of coffee do you have that? She said I think it’s brewing, so I said I wouldn’t mind waiting and then she said she needed to check,. When she came back in I was informed they had already cleaned that and stopped serving coffee. This has happened on numerous occasions. It might be time to just change your hours and close earlier because your staff doesn’t want to work late and is closing everything down...

Do not order from the mobile app at this store. I ordered a drink that was on their mobile app. When I went to pick it up, I was told they no longer carry that item. When I asked for a refund, I was told they can't do refunds and I would have to contact Customer Service. Of course, Customer Service is not open on weekends. You then have to send an email. If someone even bothers to read the email, you will have to wait to get your money back for a product they never had any intention of giving you. Honestly just get a whole new crew here. If there not messing up your coffee they are trying to steal your credit cards or charging you 2 times for someone else’s order. I’ve been pleasant about a lot of problems they given me & today was just disappointing. I bought my breakfast yesterday and who ever was working drive through she charged me 2 times for someone else’s order and when I noticed this this girl started to get aggressive about it over the phone.
