Sweeterie — Restaurant in Mariemont

This place is on another level. I'm usually very wary of cupcakes: I have a legendary sweet tooth but cupcakes tend to be loaded with sugar until your teeth hurt. I took a chance and went with a chocolate raspberry cupcake-- a beloved flavor that bakers tend to ruin with too much sugar to offset the tart of the berry. This cupcake was so good I thought I was going to cry. Perfect balance, beautiful presentation. I was hooked. I’ve had both cupcakes and cookies and everything has been very good. The Sweeterie did a custom order for cookies for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary dinner. The staff was great to work with and super friendly. I had an inspiration photo from Pinterest that I shared with them.
