RESPONSE TO OWNER Not once did the owner offer anything more than a pizza. I told her it upsetted my stomach and husband stomach. Why would I want another pizza? Never did either me or my husband mentioned anything about microwavable pizza. This lady is dangerous never did my husband say one curse word, she’ll just lie and lie. My husband doesn’t curse not even when he gets angry. I’m a truck driver and I’m sure my trucker buddies will believe me over you. We are honest people and very caring. You told me on the phone any truckers from this area you will not serve anymore. Confirm if you said that or not. This is not about the money only, this is about the principle and getting what you paid for not raw dough undercooked food. You failed your customer.

Pay attention to what these people are serving. I bought a large pie and some mild wings. Me and my husband looked at it and said this pizza is not properly cooked. It was extra cheesey and really white. We figured we give it a try ate the first slice. Just greasy, it was fine. Husband ate the second slice and he couldn’t even finish it. Stomach started hurting. Figured it was just my husband I started eating I continued eating it and about 5 minutes later I felt that same sharp pain. I looked at the wings they were so little they looked like Popeyes chicken they charged me 10 for little pieces. That’s fine. I called the owner a lady, and she was just screaming at me telling me I’m not giving nothing back, I’ll have my driver come out there and give you another pizza. We don’t want another pizza after that’s stomach. I guess the owner don’t understand that very confrontational very aggressive. Even threatening me to come down to there store. I’ve never seen something like this in my life this owner is just greedy. If you can get me a new pizza you can give me my money back. I was just asking for the pizza money. Shame I would not order...

Last week we decided to try this pizza place for the first time. We open the box to find no sauce on the pizza. I called and told them I have no sauce on my pizza, they figured out they switched orders and we got someone else's white pizza. The guy said I can get you another pizza as soon as possible or credit you for a free one for next time. No problem, we will wait til next time, he said his name is Travis and he was the owner if we had any more problems. Called today to order a sub, and garlic knots and our free pizza - Travis got in the phone, told me he was glad I called back, he wants his customers happy and returning. The delivery driver goes to the wrong address again, walks up and says $25.03. Im like no, our pizza was to be free for screwing it up the last time. Like a jerk, he tells me to call in then, I said no you call!! He shows me the slip and it shows a free topping. If it wasn't for my daughter being hungry, I would of sent him back up with the food, and wish I would have, my pizza was cold anyways. How rediculous, you screw my food up, promise a free pizza next time, but charge me for it anyways! You lost me as a customer for sure now. I will go back to Columbia...

This is a tough one to write, given the mixed experience we had. The good: Philly cheese-steak sandwich, onion rings, and a cold-cut sandwich (name forgotten). The bad: no ice (seemingly permanently per the sign on the machine) for fountain drinks, the POS card system was not working properly, the employees were less than hospitable, the bathrooms small and dingy/dirty/grimy/yucky. A customer came in whilst we waited 20 minutes for our two sandwiches to be made, and got into quite a loud discussion with what he termed the employee with "a terrible attitude." I thought we were going to have to leave to get off the X.

This is a dive pizza joint, but it has potential and could be freshened up and made better for sure. They could start by fixing the icemaker (or buying bags of ice to fill it ... ice isn't rocket science). And they could work with their staff to treat EVERY customer like they did the couple of local kids who obviously frequent this place around noon ... the kids were treated...
