I have been ordering from this location, via in-house delivery, for over a year now. I had several hiccups initially with the order coming incorrectly, but that was worked out over time. The pizza is pretty good, but in my experience is inconsistent. Some days it comes really fresh and well made; some days it comes out somewhat stale and lacking a balance of ingredients. Delivery times fluctuate pretty wildly, some days it get here in 45 mins and others it could be up to 3 hrs (no kidding). The wings are what really keeps me coming back, they’re very delicious and well done. Staffing seems to be an issue here, they have a few legacy employees but otherwise it appears to be a revolving door when it comes to employees… I say this because when I call in to order there’s always someone different taking the order and a lot of times you can tell they’re still training… they don’t know how to apply coupons, or add notes, or run a card, etc. etc.
My biggest issue is the pricing. Recently they changed their coupon deals and hiked the prices up SIGNIFICANTLY. I mentioned it to the delivery guy when I signed the receipt and he kind of chuckled and mentioned they all recently got raises. For a large pepp. pie and 20 wings you’re paying almost $65 after delivery and tip. This is pretty insane and has to be one of the most expensive pizza shops in the area. For that same amount you can get a feast from a chain-store like Dominoes or you can order that same order from Johnny’s pizza or Nancy’s Chicago style via UberEats and even after all the app fees still save $20. I understand the current financial state of things post-COVID, but when compared to other shops in the area, the prices don’t seem to make sense. I will likely order from other shops more frequently and from PL&P every now and then when I’m craving their wings. I hope Corporate considering doing a price comparison for the area and bringing their rates back down to where they were a couple...

We've eaten her at least six or seven times since moving to this side of town. Overall, it's a nice place to take your family for a fresh pizza. I wish I could give 3.5 to 3.75 stars because that's what they deserve. You can tell they spend good money on their ingredients. That is reflected in the higher than average price for their menu items. I've had multiple speciality pizzas, XL take out pizzas and several of their salads. The salads are really good.
The downside to this restaurant is they don't season anything. Their crust has zero salt or sugar/honey. It has a decent texture, chew and crunch but is usually overcooked on the bottom. The sauce has no flavor either. You can tell they use better than average tomatoes in their sauce but again, no distinctive flavors like basil, onion or garlic. The only salt anywhere is in the cheese which is average, you can tell they don't spend as much on their cheese as everything else. My nine year old loves the pizza because it doesn't have a lot of cheese on it.
They might be trying to appeal to the masses like the Mexican Restaurants do in the Suburbs but they should really lean into flavor enhancements because the clientele can handle it.
I appreciate the clean restaurant and the quick service with good ingredients. The service is good to average in most visits but never rude. No one has ever asked me if I wanted napkins, spices or parmesan when I picked up my to go orders.
Again, we go here when we want something fast and fairly good for you but when everyone is full and there are pieces left over, we don't save them and toss them in the trash if that says anything. Not trying to be mean, just keeping it real. They can be the top unpretentious pizza restaurant on this side of town if they upped their flavor game. Either way, we are still visiting when we need a pizza in a pinch and going back home where we have a cupboard...
Read moreWOW, what a GREAT little pizza restaurant. As someone who's traveled throughout this great country of ours, and LOVE PIZZA, I've hit alot of pizza restaurants, and let me tell you. PEACE LOVE AND PIZZA, is the BEST in the Cobb area, and One of the BEST I've hit in my travels.
First time here today, stopping in for lunch, looking for a slice and drink. The appearance is clean and fun. Decorated in a 60s early 70s decor. You can show your young ones what a 8 track is, lol lol, with music playing for your enjoyment really adds to the total enjoyable experience.
The Owner Greg, Mgr. Michael and Crew, very friendly and accommodating. You can order in, carry out or have it delivered. This being my 1st visit, and not my last, I got the personal pepperoni. Mmmmmm it was terrific, and Drinks with free refills. They have a menu which should be able to satisfied anyone's appetite. Oh and don't worry about parking, there's plenty of parking.
So you want to go out to a nice fun relaxing pizza restaurant, Peace Love and Pizza is a must, so check out their menu, then enjoy the food, and the atmosphere.
