ONLY PEOPLE WITH NO PALLETTE WOULD EAT HERE .TAKE YOUR BUISNESS TO QQ NODDLE ON RESERVATION FOR BETTER AND CHEAPER VIATNAMISE FOOD .If you want days old food warmed up then go ahead. sometimes there's a little bit too much cartilage in the chicken barbecue spice dry Noodle bowl , Their pho is microwaved , the employees that work the registers are not the best last week I had one of them add themselves a tip on the screen to my order she flipped the screen to add it herself when they didn't even give me great customer service over the phone ordering and I had to call her out on it for trying to take money on my card and me not knowing it the employee that added her tips still works there she has black hair it's kind of short and a neck tattoo behind her ear , I always tell them exactly what I want in sauces and utensils and they never seem to hear me or understand I have to repeat myself multiple times because they give me the wrong things, also whenever I call ahead to have an order picked up at a certain time it's always made way sooner and it's really inconvenient I prefer the old employees that actually had their stuff together . The prices are decent only because the food is reheated and the managers really friendly but something needs to happen about employees that take phone orders and ring people up! Employees have zero hospitality with fake smiles just to steal your money .I'm never coming back to...

First I need to explain my four stars. I always get Pho. I usually get traditional with raw sliced steak, flank steak, tripe and tendon. The owners are Vietnamese and I believe their Pho is the best in Marina. I tried another Vietnamese restaurant and bit my tongue trying to eat tendon that wasn't cooked enough. It can take hours and hours to make a good Pho broth and theirs is very good. That being said other dishes rate only three stars and the fried egg rolls I would rate a one star they are not hot enough way too small and I don't believe they were fresh .Most other customers have told me their food was a three. Their Pho is very good but the other dishes I can't speak for. The Pho has a nice broth ,portions are large and you don't have to search for the meat .the green tea bobba and smoothie w/or without bobba is also very good .I know the owners I know if there is or was a problem they care and want to fix it so tell them .they can't fix what they don't know about .if your a fan of Pho then difinitly go .I have been told other dishes get three stars from other customers. Ive been coming here forever and the food is amazing, anytime I order something new it’s delicious but the staff is what keeps me coming back!! Always super friendly, welcoming and talkative but today especially I was baffled at the level of service! My 1 year old daughter was sleeping in the car and just planned to park outside the building then call in my order and quickly rush inside to pay and pick up. So i parked next to the large window of their building so I could see the car, called in my order and let them know I was just outside ready to come in and pay when the order was ready, hoping my daughter would stay asleep that whole time. Just as I was going to come inside to pay, a server came out with my order! She took my money and came back with the change, I didn’t have to leave my car or risk waking up my sleeping baby. I have never experienced such a pure moment of human kindness. I didn’t get her name but she really deserves the best life...
