To be honest I'm torn between a 3 star - 4 star rating. I can say "it's donuts"... If that's what you're looking for. With no other place to compare to in the town then I guess one would see the place as phenomenal. Selection is meeeh at best. However, you will get fresh products as everything is fresh baked in the weee hours of the morning. So overall quality is fresh. Selection is limited. Staff is friendly with plenty of smiles to go around! Value is another tough one. I guess that should be left to interpretation. They're a good asset to the small town. Visited for the first time on a Saturday morn prior to a road trip. Been in Marion for 2 yrs, have always been curious and the boyfriend decided it was time to stop in. BEST BAKERY EVER!!!! The donuts are sooooooooo delicious and the service was above and beyond friendly, courteous, and professional!!!! Taking some to work with me to share ( I work in another town) because no one will believe me ( or they just want donuts?) I've lived here for 18 months now.. I've been in and seen the owner throughout the community several times and I would absolutely love watching him lead by example. If you want a lesson in how to treat customers, how to go the extra mile, how to support your community, how to provide an excellent customer experience, how to honor the past, how to be upfront and honest, how to make you feel like the only person that matters, and most of all how to make an amazing product...
