Arby's — Restaurant in Marion

The service gave me mixed reviews. The person that was attentive & tried to help wasn't assigned to work the register. The staff that were behind the counter made eye contact and didn't seem interested in taking my order. The fries were hot as requested. The sandwich makers were lackadaisical. Several times I had to verbally ensure that I don't receive the old fries, as that one guy kept placing them in my bag. Perhaps my numerous observations warranted the poor sandwich making. I ordered a roast beef & cheddar. There was very little cheddar and the roast beef shavings were the consistency of an amateur preparer and/or the leftover pieces of the day. There were thin and blunt cuts in my sandwich. The foil my sandwich was wrapped in looked like it had been balled up several times. The meat wasn't hot. The staff didnt work as a unit. The manager barked at the staff. Maybe lack of training & teamwork is what the deal is here. I wasn't satisfied for the price I paid...

Only giving one star because I cannot give zero and leave a review. 45 minutes before closing they have a line out the parking lot and lock the doors; refuse to answer the drive thru window. When I knocked on the window dude said he wasn't on the clock so he didn't know what to tell me about why they wasn't taking order. Which was AFTER arguing over the closing time that is posted on the door, he kept saying they're closed so I pointed to the times of operation posted on the window and he looked completely dumbfounded. He did offer the manager but said she told him since they're short staffed she decided to close early and my boyfriend hates me being a Karen when it will do absolutely no good.

Sure looked like lazy employees riding the clock til closing time to me.

Thank you to the Manager at Arby’s in Marion!!! Ordered lunch, to go, inside at the counter. I ordered four meals with drinks and had my hands full. I sat the drink caddy down on the table behind me and went to the counter to grab my food bags. When I turned around, the manager was standing behind me, holding the drink caddy. She said, “You’ve got your hands full so I’ll carry this out for you.” She walked out to my car and helped me put everything in for travel home.

WOW! Personal service like this is rare in the fast food industry. Arby’s has a winner with this Manager!!! I will be following up with the corporate office. She deserves...
