I don't just jump and throw five stars out. If you followed me for any of the last 13 years you would know that .
With that knowledge, I am giving five stars to this location because of the evening shift manager, Suzy. I had a problem with the app. The app said the hotel was not able to be delivered to. it's 2 mi from the delivery place. Couldn't figure out the app, couldn't get much customer service from the stupid AI that Domino's uses.. But when I called the local shop, I couldn't get any help from the people on the phone, so I politely asked him to please give me a manager. When Suzu came on I gave her my spiel about being stranded at the hotel and I figured it'd be no problem. I'll just order pizza and a drink on the app and be okay till I'm picked up in the morning, and that was not how it ended up going down.
I told her I don't like giving my credit card out over the phone. I was just wanting to get a small pizza for some food cuz I hadn't ate all day. Suzy took it upon herself, hearing the situation that I was in and the problem I was having, she graciously offered to make this meal on her. I reluctantly accepted as I wanted to take care of it with corporate but corporate doesn't do things in the evening and I was starving. Suzy saved my night, cured my hunger and made a new friend.
Hey Domino's you ought to give some praise to this manager, Suzy. She did her customer service. She took care of the customer and she provided service. I plan to thank her in person tomorrow when she comes on her shift. But I think Domino's should let her know that they appreciated her keeping a customer happy. Because I really didn't want to call Pizza Hut or the other company. I don't like those pizzas. I only like my thin crust Domino's. Thank you Suzy for doing your job above and beyond. I know that what you did was special. And I let your driver know that you were special for doing that. Thank you thank you...
Read moreIf I could have given ZERO stars and still make this review I would. We made an order at 8:45 for 5 pizzas, some parm bites, and cheese bread. They said 30 minutes. Almost and hour later we called to find out where it was and the manager who we could not understand very well told us we didn’t make an order. We paid them with a credit card. He said we didn’t order again. I said well you took or credit card number. He once again said we didn’t make an order. This went on for several minutes. I asked to talk to the female who took our order. He said well there are several. I asked to talk to the girl who was taking orders an hour ago. He said well there are several girls. I asked how many girls work at the small store and take orders all at the same time? He told me 5 girls were taking orders at that time but they aren’t there then. Which cannot be true at this small store. He said they voided the card. Which tells me he is lying because he said there wasn’t an order, but they voided our card. When he was confronted with that he said I mean I assume we voided it. I asked for a manager. He said he was the manager. I asked for his boss or the owner and he told me he was not able to give me that information. We hung up and looked at the computer for the card and they had in fact charged the card two times. Over $200 Don’t ever go to...
Read moreFirst of all, our pizza was slimy and greasy enough to soak a paper towel just by setting it on top. second, i know for a fact they ready my deliver instructions bc they took the tip i said was in the mailbox. apparently they can only ready half though because the next part said “pls don’t knock”. i understand wanting to let me know when the pizza is here but the app also gives me a notification. and an email. normally i wouldn’t be too mad about it but i asked this because my 6 month old was in bed for the night and the knock woke her up. maybe i should’ve specified on why i didn’t want them to knock? even though i don’t feel i should have to. i put a tip in the mailbox and made a place for them to set the food that wasn’t the ground. so just so everyone knows lol, they only listen to delivery instructions when it pertains to...
