We pulled into the drive thru and waited at least 15 minutes until we decided to go inside to order. After waiting another 10 minutes I was finally able to place the order, and was told multiple times that they were out of staple items like chicken nuggets and apples. The employee that took my order was tweaking out or something. She messed up the order on the computer and had to have the manager come over to use his finger print to approve my order. He tried several times and the computer told him that he reached his maximum attempts and deleted his fingerprint. I asked him what that meant. He replied I have no finger print in the system anymore and the only way to fix this machine is to restart it and we close in 10 minutes. ALL said with attitude. He threw his hands up in the air and walked away. There was 1 customer in front of me and maybe 4 behind me. I turned around and was completely dumbfounded and confused on what just transpired. I ended up leaving, without my order. Had to explain the situation to a car full of kids and my spouse... Who were starving and very upset that we wasted all that time and we didn't get our food. First and foremost, I'm a service member in the Army. I have come to this location multiple times and I am always respectful when talking to employees or even when asking a simple question.
Tonight I went in and ordered a happy meal for the Pokemon card pack that it comes with. I respectfully asked if I was able to purchase additional packs for my kids. The lady at the counter was unprofessional in the sense of her response being "um idk, I don't think so" but in a rude manor... I simply said we'll that's weird because it pops up showing you can purchase just a toy by itself. She walks away and stands in front of the counter talk bad about me with her manager. Be mindful, I'm in uniform and was very respectful with my questions...
This location is always terrible, but to be disrespectful as a manager and an employee and talk bad about customers while they are standing right there is a whole new low, even for McDonalds.
I hope this post reaches the Store and or General manager and they clean house of the rude employees. There is no need to be disrespectful to customers the way this...

I was on my way from work and I stopped at this location and the worker at the drive-through that was taking the order was very rude. I asked for fresh fries and she literally took her hand after taking my money put her hands their hands on my fries and said oh they just came up. They’re hot handed me the bag and slammed the window in my face. She had a burgundy shirt on that button-down and had tattoos on her arm and short dark hair. I thought she was a manager, so I did not expect that kind of treatment from somebody that possibly was a manager, but I never was able to get her name because she never opened the window again. This by far was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s and I will never come back to this location due to their employee, being very nasty and very rude, and the audacity to put your dirty nasty hands after collecting money on my fries and then hand them to me to say that they’re fresh.
