If this review was written a few months ago, I would have given this restaurant a 4/5 at the least. Unfortunately the restaurant has decided to change the type/amount of food you are given when ordering. I ordered 4 dishes and a side to go through their website and was given no indication that half of the food I had ordered would be fried rice (I didn't choose fried rice at all, over half of every container was filled to the brim with fried rice, 1 container had enough fried rice for everyone combines). They've also changed the recipes they are using to the point that most of the food has no discernible taste. The beef lo mein (x2) I had ordered was sad to say the least, the fried dumplings were (Which were soggy) had a terrible texture plus a bad taste (not even no taste, which I would have preferred), the hunan beef didn't taste the same and the fried rice had drained most of the liquid, and the complimentary egg rolls were 'fine'. But yeah, at least you can't mess up 'sweet and sour' chicken. I didn't pay $60 dollars for half of my food to be fried rice. I'm not sure how much money they are saving but they are going to start losing customers if half of the meal is fried rice (My grandmother literally said 'At least make it white rice so i can pour the hunan beef juice on it'). Maybe this was a 'online order' thing, but there was no indication that most of the food was going to be fried rice (we didn't even get any white rice). TLDR : Half the food was replaced with fried rice and the taste has...

I had a wonderful dining experience at New China House. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service we received from our server, Jordan.

I had unknowingly ordered a spicy dish, and Jordan made sure it was corrected so I could fully enjoy my meal. That level of attentiveness and care truly made a difference in our experience. Jordan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it did not go unnoticed.

Thank you, Jordan, for your professionalism and excellent customer service—you turned a great meal into an exceptional one. We’ll definitely...

This was a horrible horrible experience. Food was not fresh and it was about 6:30pm. I told the waiter that my cousin didn’t like the food when we went up to pay. He said that we needed to tell him sooner, even though he never checked up on us. We were out of pop by then. Only 5 minutes had past before we got up and left. He did not seem very friendly. I just cannot believe how bad the food tasted, all the people with me ate a couple of bites and we left. It was just disgusting. We also paid $35 just because he wouldn’t take anything...

Food was not very good. One of the pot stickers I got was cold in the middle, the egg rolls weren't crunchy in the least bit, and the crab Rangoon was soggy. The steamed rice was very dry and there was no water to put the spoon in. The buffet is pretty small with limited options. Customer service was almost non existent. The furniture is literally falling apart and the dining room was a mess. Not sure that I could recommend this to anyone.
