Subway — Restaurant in Marion

If you ask just about anyone in Marion they'll tell you to avoid this location due to the rude employees. I opted to make my own opinion of the place and give them a chance, I frequented them a few times and sadly they lived up to their reputation. The employees grimace at you and behave as if you being there is an inconvenience to them. One of the guys apparently had an issue with the way in which I ordered and muttered under his breath " you could of just told me that". Unbelievably unprofessional. The drink machine is always practically empty and the sodas taste watered down. The vegitables are never fresh. There was one lady there who was extremely pleasant, however I had not seen her in awhile and after the commentary of the last guy I will NOT be back. Corporate needs to completely retrain these associates on professionalism and customer service. I refuse to spend my money somewhere that...

All the employees that are working on august 3, @ 7:30ish are worried about is going outside and smoking, you walk in and they tell you to wait while they finish, then you ask them to wash their hands and you get an attitude about it… nasty employees… and until something changes about how often they are outside smoking I will NOT return… we left and 2 other customers walked in behind us but both employees rush right back outside to smoke before taking care of the customers inside… sanitation needs to be taught to their employees… if they want to smoke they needs to do so out of sight of customers and wash their hands when asked… it’s not that hard!! If I could give this joke of an establishment a negative ratting I would. The worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life, more over when I asked for Swiss cheese on my roast beef sandwich they said sorry you can only put Swiss on a Ruben. In addition the kid who was failing at making my sandwich followed up my terrible experience by bad mouthing the people he works with and his management!
