Let's start off by me saying if it wasn't for the fact my wrap was made right, the ingredients looked fresh, and the store was very clean. I'd request to leave zero stars. I decided to install the Subway app and order online. The app keep directing me to sign up online. I had the hardest time signing up, because it kept telling me to enter a valid phone number. Which took me forever to figure out, but thanks to Google's help I realized I had to put +1 before my number. Then when I got there to pick up my order I couldn't get the app to work. Almost in a panic thinking I had no way to prove my order. A female employee snaps at me saying if I wasn't going to order anything I needed to leave. I told her I had a online order, but I'm fighting with my phone. That I was sorry. I honestly was not in anyone's way. Standing in the far back corner away from the line or register. Then a light bulb went off in my head realizing that with me just downloading the app. I never gave permission to run with data saver on. Which I always have on when I'm not using WiFi. Then I discovered it never submitted my order, because the lady snapped at me again asking what's the name on the order. I told her, and she barked back there's no order in that name. Like I was lying to her. So I decided to go outside in the cold to fight with my phone. Luckily it was me being inside which must have restricted my service, because the app started right up. I don't know what happened, possibly my fault since I was new to the app. But it didn't submit my order. With the order in place and my card already linked to it. I just submitted the order and went back inside. Letting the lady know what happened. But she must have been in a bad mood, because when she asked me if I wanted my wrap cut. I said yes, in thirds please and thank you. She just stood there looking at me dumb founded. I asked what's wrong, and she says what are you talking about? I replied I wanted it cut into 3 pieces. She comes unglued snapping at me that it's better to cut it in half because the way I wanted it would just fall apart. I told her to cut it however so I could leave. I was so happy to be done with that experience, and vowed never to go back to that location again. It honestly took everything out of me not to tare into that women, but I was raised to respect women and have manors in public. Long story short, I won't be going to the Subway inside Moto-Mart here in Marion, Ohio. If this reaches the eyes of the owner or a manager I was in the store on Sunday, February 7th from about 8:30pm to when I got my order which the receipt says 9:24:38pm. It says I was...
Read moreOrdered double meat since this location only uses 2.5oz / 6" sub, most locations use 3oz and some even 4oz. So these cheap owners use 2.5 and then do not even double it when you pay the extra money to be able to taste the turkey.
I asked the guy who made my sub if it was extra turkey because it felt light, twice. He insisted it was and I left. I went home and weighed the meat at 2.5oz on the half. Disappointed, I called the store and spoke to the manager. She said I had to bring the sub back and would give me a "free" double meat upgrade even though I already paid for it and not a free sub for my trouble and their lack execution and lying when questioned about it.
I live more than 15 minutes away and the very under-trained manager was no help at all and not really worldly enough to understand that the free sub she saved her company has cost them my future business and anytime I am with people and we are getting food your franchise will not be considered.
I hope people read this and see that you are shorting your customers on every sandwich with your sneaky way of counting the paper tray on the scale to make it read 3 oz for 2.5oz is a hell of a scam! Over many sandwiches i am sure you have lined your pockets nicely while ripping off your customer base and not...
Read moreUsually I don’t make reviews but, tonight my fiancé and I stopped by subway after work and was immediately given dirty looks along with eye rolls from the associate working there. We ordered three subs and with every one the associate would sigh and roughly place the bread down on the counter. As we were ordering the associate would roll their eyes and shake their head with everything that we added as if it was an inconvenience for them. If we asked for something that had not been restocked they would then Angrily toss the empty containers on the counter behind them. Every time more customers would enter the facility the associate would start staring them down and shaking their head. I understand having a bad day at work and being overwhelmed but, not only were we and one other person the only customers there but, this is the third or fourth time we have come here with the same associate and have been treated this way. I feel that the company needs to consider hiring a third shift associate with better customer...
