I attended a show for the first time on 2/7/25 (it was the Shanghai Circus). I called to order the tickets as there was an issue with the website, but they answered on the first ring and were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I described what I wanted and they found me the perfect seats! The price was very fair for the quality of the show and indeed the seats are very comfortable. We were greeted by smiling faces the second we walked in to the will-call counter to when the usher took us to our seats. We could not have had better service. The theatre was clean and the temperature was comfortable. My only issue, and this has nothing to do with the theatre is that I was unsure where to park although we did notice after the fact all the signs clearly marking where to turn etc. We did park across the street in the big public parking lot which was free and no problem. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this beautiful...

It was my family’s first time visiting the Palace and I must say the Christmas event we attended last night was disappointing. At best it was a glorified talent show where it seemed apparent that everyone was not afforded the liberty of adequate practice. It would be special to have a child in the cast, but it should be noted for those who did not, the organization of this event was pitiful. There was adult humor that I found inappropriate for members of the younger audience. Am I left to assume that heavyset UPS drivers are the wish of every woman in Marion County this Christmas? For Marion to get out of its notorious stereotype, we have got to present a quality product—something the visitor’s bureau would love to highlight in their brochures. The venue is attractive, but the product is lacking...

My wife and I went this past weekend to see the Christmas story. Even though I have it on DVD she wanted to see it in theater. For two tickets two drinks two candy bars and two boxes of free popcorn cost me less then$12. The palace very clean the staff very friendly smiling we said anywhere we wanted cuz we got there early. We set in the middle are the middle row in the middle. I have watch this movie at least a dozen times. I'm watching it on the big screen for the first time I noticed things I didn't before. So there is a plus of watching a movie on the big screen you get to see more or it's easier 2 notice it. Enjoyed the whole experience and plan to go back again to see a different movie weekend. If you want a good time out go to the Palace watch an old movie enjoy with a friend...

Went to celebrate our friend's daughters graduation and it was absolutely beautiful. This theater is historical with the interior in Spanish architectural design. It's warm and cozy and used for everything from movies still to this day, theater performances, public speaking events, and even weddings. Definitely a beautiful venue for any occasion. Parking is a little more difficult as it's directly in downtown Marion and we had to park in the grass behind an adjacent business.

What a wonderful theatre and piece of Marion history. I have only attended the local men's barbershop - The Marionaires' shows, but the facility is well-maintained and clean. The event staff are always super helpful. Located in downtown Marion, there are plenty of other shops and restaurants to experience before the show for an ideal romantic date night, or simply take in the last bastions of the local culture. Photos were taken from the balcony

First time in the theater and seeing The Wizard of Oz on the silver screen. The color and cinematography were amazing. It's nice that the place has been kept in the condition it is because nobody is building with this grandeur anymore, and restoration, if needed, would be cost prohibitive and nearly impossible to find appropriate craftsman. I'm looking forward to getting a chance to be up in the balcony sometime.
