Victors Taco Shop — Restaurant in Marion

The food is amazing BUT their customer service is TRASH. I am a loyal victors customer and stand by his tacos. They are delicious but IF they get anything on your order wrong, don't expect them to make it right. I went there and ordered my usual. 2 plain pastor tacos. And 2 pastor tacos with everything . All 4 came out with everything so I kindly said hey ma'am 2 of these are supposed to be plain. She flat out started arguing with me telling me that's not how I ordered it. I know I did it correctly but regardless even if I didn't, what kind of establishment argues with their customer and refuses to make it right? Not only that but I tried to give them back to remake and all they did was put their HANDS in my food and tried to pick out the onions and cilantro. Then actually tried to give it back to me. At that point, I realized that they were not going to correct the issue and I asked for a refund which they did with A LOT of attitude. So again - food is great but if they mess up your food, address it at your own risk. By the way it was the white woman working that was the biggest issue. She has no business in customer...

my fiance called Victor's around 7pm to ask what time they closed so she knew if she had enough time to make it there because we live 25 mins away in richwood. she arrives at the store at 8:50 and they ask her if she has a phone order and she says no and the girl says oh were closed . my fiance said " I called earlier and you said you were open until 10" and all she responds is "oh we're closed" AGAIN. this is completely uncalled for. over an hour before they close she closes down apparently just because she didn't wanna cook. I don't care if they even closed at 9pm. my fiance was there 10 mins before 9 they should have still took her order. 25 mins out of our way. pretty much an hr to go there and back for them to say they were closed. I will NEVER go back to this location again . that is so unprofessional. and if there is a cooperate office I will be calling them. smh. Horrible customer service!!! I visit this restaurant 3-4 days a week on my lunch break. That, however, will change after today. I placed my order at the walk- up window and was asked if I needed the receipt. I never needed it before so I declined. My order was wrong when I received it. The employee took ownership and said she rang it up wrong. They fixed my order and I left. I was in a hurry because I only had 10 minutes left of my 60 minute lunch break. At work, I noticed my order was again wrong. They had forgot the cheese which is one of the best parts. I called the restaurant and explained that it was wrong again. The lady that answered sighed and said I could come back. I explained and said I was at work and was out of time so I asked if she could replace it tomorrow during my lunch. She replied that there was nothing they could do then if I could come now because that was there policy. I'm more upset with how I was treated than my food...
