Taco Bell on Main Street in Marion, Ohio. After today, I'll never go back. I was screamed at to wait, so I did, after ten minutes of sitting at a speaker and having zero contact (even the cars behind me were honking and yelling out of their windows), I said "hello." I was then screamed at for the second time in a very rude manner that I was "’. . .Told to wait." It was like I was a child being reprimanded by an entirely overaggressive and abusive superior. I said, "I had been patient and was checking to make sure they didn't forget about me." Again, more screaming and rudeness. I pulled around and went inside and asked for the manager. Of course the rude female at the drive thru declared she . . ."Is the manager." So I asked for her corporate number and her name. She yelled at me . . . " That she wasn't telling me anything because she didn't do anything wrong." So I asked for the store location number. This time I was yelled at by several employees including one cussing and hollering from in the back. Altogether the worst experience I've ever had in my 42 years on this earth from a restaurant. I can't believe this place is functioning as a professional franchise with such poor management and employees. What happened to customer service. One employee yelled at me that if I didn't like it to drop the order and let someone else pick it up. I guess she assumed I was door dash, again, I eat here several times a week. I left completely disrespected and embarrassed. I did fill out a complaint online but I believe in accountability and the way I was treated today was absolutely wrong. I worked a second job in the restaurant industry and I understand it can be frustrating. I stood and allowed a woman to yell and berate me for putting her food on her door the wrong way without saying a disrespectful thing or rude tone. In fact, I apologized to her. The customer is always right! I'm sure people will stand in opposition to this post and that's fine, you're entitled to your opinion. As a Master's student, majoring in Business Administration, the culture is completely toxic at this location and that shift. This occured right around noon today. Like I said, they lost my business forever. On a positive note, shout out to David Backus and his food truck, Taste so good . . . Slap Yo Self!, Best pulled pork sandwich EVER! 😋 🤤 Highly recommend ya try their food if ya haven't. Everything I have had from there is delicious...
Read moreI went to pick up lunch for my family. My husband placed the mobile order, and I went through the drive-thru to pickup. He reminded me to ensure they gave us a fork, Fire sauce, and Diablo sauce. I got all of our food, but they missed the fork and gave us Mild and Hot sauce. I parked and went in the lobby to get a handful of both sauces and a fork.
I was pulling out of my parking spot when two female crew members followed me out to the parking lot. They started berating me about "stealing sauce," how there is no way we need 50 sauces (I didn't realize my little woman hands could grab 50 sauces at one time?), and that it would be coming out of their paychecks. I said sauce shouldn't cost that much as it's just sauce, and I wouldn't have had to come inside if they gave me the correct sauce as listed on the mobile order to begin with.
There were three cars behind me in the drive-thru at the time I had parked to go inside and they were too worried about me, chasing me into the parking lot, than making food for other customers. I am heavily pregnant and did not appreciate getting yelled at by crew members who have to start drama to feel something in their lives.
I am extremely disappointed and I will not be coming back due to poor...
Read moreSlow. Rude. There will be maybe 3 cars in line and they’ll take 10-15 min per car to get on the intercom alone. There’s been times orders take 20 min and I’m the only car there.
I lost three orders tonight because the drive through person would just blurt out “we not takin orders” and then close the intercom, even though my orders were through a certified carrier. The first time she blurted that out I said I was with the delivery service and the intercom wasn’t on, after waiting about 5 min I said I’d pull up to the window then, since she didn’t respond(sometimes places will not take drive through orders but still make the delivery service orders since they are already paid for and processed online) to which she said we don’t have any carrier service orders, then immediately said the car infront was picking it up(I didn’t tell them the order name or number), the car in front of me was a cable provider service vehicle(for sure not a driver for the carrier service). It may not mean anything to someone making hourly, but wasting my time(45 total minutes) gas, my ratings(ie ability to get orders) and the money($20+ dollars) I’d get for those three orders, rude af.
If I could give 0...
