I live down the street and this is the only Wendy's on my side of town and I like Wendy's. But this is the fifth time I have been there and received an order that wasn't made correctly. We called to inform them hey you're ppl aren't doing right I don't want a refund I just want you to fix ur ppl and they were rude and acted like there was nothing wrong and that we were in the wrong. Read moreTwo young teenage girls were supposed to be taking orders at the drive through window and instead they were looking at their phones and not taking the order down. So my order is wrong and got charged an additional $5 for something I didn't want. This was at peak lunch time too. They didn't give me a receipt at the first window because I'm sure they knew the order was wrong. I know it's hard to get people to work but playing on your phone instead of doing your job when customers can clearly see you slacking off is not excusable .... I'll be only going to the Wendy's on the other side of town. Would have reported this to a manager using the receipt number has they given...
Read moreThe food was delicious, as expected. The (lack of) social distancing was phenomenal!! The tables were full of unmasked customers eating their lunch at tables that were nowhere near 6 feet apart (looked like the same old traditional table set up to us). Additionally, some staff were wearing masks that did not cover their noses while preparing food.
We were actually surprised that there was inside dining given that many (most?) Fast Food restaurants are still drive through only.
