Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Marion

There is not one time you can go to the drive thru in Marion without waiting 30 minutes before your order is taken. This is not acceptable being that this location is the only one serving the local neighboring cities in the area. This happened to me today. But worse than that, I got my order and then called to ask for a manager. I was transferred to a young woman. I greeted her and she hesitated greeting me back. I asked her what was her name. She refused to provide her name and told me she isn't under any obligation to identify herself. I informed her that I would be contacting corporate. Zaxbys advertises the following: At Zaxby's, we believe in putting our people first, personal accountability, transparency, innovation, and diversity and inclusion. The manager who refused to provide her name for the purpose of transparency was not putting people first and taking personal accountability. This location NEEDS TO BE AUDITED! CORPORATE NEEDS TO PAY THEM A VISIT and I am personally asking for the removal of the current manager who was on duty July 20th at 6:30pm. I have submitted multiple complaints and I WONT STOP UNTIL THE ISSUES ARE FIXED!!!! I would like some sort of acknowledgment of the inconvenience this has continuously been time...

Never been here, thought we'd try something new... first off bathroom was flooded both toilet stopped up and no paper towels or so... I was hoping this was not an indication but unfortunately appears to be the norm... I could not understand anything the young lady that took our order said ... being first-time visitors we asked several questions about the menu... Nothing intelligible ... Messed up our order... When we returned to get the food they missed with our receipt , they never apologized and took their sweet time making up for their mistake... our tables were so greasy we tried to wipe them down and they shredded dried napkins... It took several wet napkins to get them even decent... I am giving two stars because my chicken itself was pretty good... however my wife's buffalo chicken was room temperature cold ... Sad because it looks like a really nice place... PS. I wrote the preceding paragraph while sitting in the booth eating... As I went to leave and go for a refill there was no ice in either machine... And no one that looked remotely interested in refilling them either... the girl that took our order was "cleaning" a table less than 10 foot...

The Zaxby’s in Marion Arkansas has to be the worst store in our area. All other restaurants have open their inside but not here. So anytime you go there is a line all the way around. Then when you make it to the window and pay for your food your told to pull up and wait for your order. So we started ordering on line. Well tonight I order on line make it to the restaurant call saying I’m here. They asks what stall I’m parked in. Then they say pull to the door. So I do but no one come out with my order. I call back and told how sorry they are and then hang up on me. Call back and am told oh we see you we are dropping your order now so it will be fresh. Well if you dropped it when I ordered it then it should be fresh. So I just leave and call the manager who tells me there is nothing she can do to refund my money. That I would need to call the store manager tomorrow. So now I’m out 30.00 + dollars no food and no help from the store. I will never go back to this store. I will tell everyone not...
