Dunkin Donut — Restaurant in Marlboro Township

New location: They moved and I thought they changed management… This time around I order 50 munchkins and of course i didnt even check, the muchkins was all wet… I am not sure if the glaze melted or the box was moist .. It was gross. Waste of money..

Old location: Horrible service. One time, Ordered munchkins by 25 and the lady didn't allow me to pick my preferred choices. Maybe they are too busy, so I was like fine. Today, I am at the counter waiting for my order, Indian lady is like you left your garbage (straw wrapper) on the counter, Excuse me, 1 it’s was not my garbage and it’s your job to clean the counter. I wish google will give an option of giving negative stars. I m not the type that write too many reviews but today's experience just ticked me off. So I went there at around 10, there were a couple of people in line ahead of me, they were asked to try their free samples of latte, and by the time we got there, they stopped smiling or being friendly and we were not asked to try their sample. I really felt it had to do with our race. It's shameful because us and those ladies are from the same country and yet they discriminate. I felt extremely angry but what could I do? Maybe it's different in the mornings but the afternoon staff is not what I'd call friendly or polite. And I'm not the only one to notice. Other people in line have said the same thing. They also fail to follow instructions when you order a non-standard coffee (ie order less ice, get extra ice or ask for extra almond milk, get less). Plus, the taste of the drinks is different (not in a good way) than the other two or three stores I frequent around the area. And they price add-ons however they want, not in-line with any other local locations. I run errands near this location and stop in for convenience. No more of that after today.
