When I first arrived, there was a long line. I felt bad for the young girl behind the counter. She was doing a great job under pressure. There was a family in front of me that asked if she had more chocolate milk in the back and she quickly ran off and was back within a minute with a carton for them. She was great. Once I ordered, I moved on to wait at the end. Apparently there is such thing as mobile ordering and those peoples orders are made before the people that are in the store. I think this method needs work. The family in front of me received their order and left so I assumed my order would be the next one out. The girl making coffee put a coffee on the counter and with noone else waiting, I assumed it was mine. I started to walk away with it and the girl was yelling ma'am ma'am thats not yours. I explained I'm sorry I was next I thought it was mine, and maybe you should have called out that it was a mobile order or something so people waiting didnt take the wrong order. I told her I didnt have much more time to wait as Id already been waiting 5 minutes for 1 coffee. She made my coffee and flung it on the counter and said "here" kind of sternly to which I replied a-t-t-i-t-u-d-e. Customer service needs some work. I understand they were busy but that shouldnt change how you act towards each customer just because you are overwhelmed. Ask for help from your coworkers who seemed to be walking around looking for something to do. Also, there was a line but the girl at the counter should be told to take a few orders then make a few coffees then go back to the line. This would make the line move faster and everyone would get their coffees in a timely manner. Also, mobile orders should be made one every 2-3 orders because the girl was making about 4 mobile orders and was waiting to finish mine until they were done but noone was making peoples orders...

The doors are still locked.. ..I proceed to to knock on the window.. 2 cars have driven through the drive threw already.. they get their orders.. In The mean time I am outside knocking, being ignored.. !!! Two associates are inside .. I don't know if they are managers or reg.employees yet to customer that DOES NOT MATTER. !! Doors are supposed to be open at 5:00am have them unlocked .. ,I am being ignored, and then I have to call 📞 to get the doors open.. I called. I got 1 of the employees to finally answer she like "Well, our opener didn't show up... (Lady, really, that is NOT my problem ,) Then she likes ok. I'll be right there ... when waiting on customers .. It is very impolite to not say good morning , smile ohh I am sorry ..thank you. Something but nope mean mugging face and attitude is what I got .. !! As a customer, Do Not Take It out on them. Learn what is called RESPECT. .. then she rings me up and hit a button to have my card decline.. when I say no do it again, she gives the look .. for I know my card is good. Then I do again, and she doesn't reach for a button it goes through.. lady, stop playing games with customers... !!!! Rude here ..!! To bad you can't give just a half star for service, for she didn't even deserve...

When we pull up to the window and tell them the name for the order they seem to not know what we were talking about, and after 1 or 2 minutes another worker comes to the window and asks what we are waiting for - we then again tell them the order name. After a few minutes we get two of the snack items in a bag and are asked yet again what else we are waiting for, we told them the one snack item and the two iced coffees. After a few more minutes we finally get the iced but then are asked AGAIN what else we are waiting for.. We told them the last item in our order was a coffee-roll, and after ANOTHER few minutes they come back with a third iced coffee.. We had to then tell them "NO, NOT AN ICED COFFEE, WE ALREADY HAVE THOSE, WE NEED A COFFEE-ROLL DOUGHNUT" and finally another minute later we receive the last item in our order.
